Please cite the CHARGES FILED for this "assault"...or just keep making up nonsense.

It's like "St.Trayvon the Future Astronaut, who was Good in Math, and in Honors English", all over again.

Absolutely pathological disregard for the Truth.

What you should remember is that George said that he ALWAYS carried his gun and was so in fear of his life that he bought more guns and hired security 24/7..

    Take fatso at his word.

Where is the proof that this was him? The "nuts" are the ones who claiming to know what happened even though they have no evidence.

You should remember that virtually EVERYTHING YOU CLAIMED about Zimmerman has been DEBUNKED here.

NO ONE FORGOT, except, you, apparently

This thread is NO DIFFERENT. You haven't SINGLE PIECE of LEGALLY VIABLE PROOF of YOUR CLAIMS, per usual.

If a FRACTION of your nonsense were true, George Zimmerman would have been arrested LONG BEFORE NOW, as a domestic violence risk.

    Try LOGIC.

It means whatever the lawyers and judge want it to mean.

I was on a jury two years ago. The DA filed charges against a man for assault on his wife claiming he had choked her, hit her, put his knee on her throat. etc. The wife, EMTs and police all testified that there were no signs of bodily harm caused to her. The DA, desperately clinging to her charges suggested [and the judge concurred] that the act of him grabbing the cell phone from her was assault in the state of California.

I hung the jury. The judge reminded me that if the man had grabbed the cell phone from her it was assault. I reminded the judge about jury nullification. I just couldn't put a man away for grabbing a cellphone after the DA couldn't prove physical or mental assault against the woman.

If someone grabs your phone and twists is out of your hand to prevent you from doing something you are legally allowed to do.. and smashed your phone.. that's an assault.

Yikes; Cali continues to lead the nation in the absurd twist of common sense and logic.

    Thank god you were there.....

    - - - Updated - - -

As evidenced by the charges filed by the police. Der....

    - - - Updated - - -

So now you've added your latest "creation", that Zimmerman "twisted her hand". Funny, the police made no mention of that, in the charges they DID NOT SEE FIT TO FILE.

NO CHARGES FILED. Trouble grasping the "legal implications"?

Does that mean that George Zimmerman didn't punch his wife's dad in the face during his violent tantrum?

I believe Shellie Zimmerman over that violent punk George Zimmerman any day.

    Apologize away....

Perhaps George got someone to put it there for him just as George got his wife Sheila to lie for him when he was in trouble.

Oh so he didn't have a gun and she told the 911 dispatcher he did. The police found no gun, proving she is a liar, convicted of perjury. Now she wants to be taken for her word, and you fall for it hook line and sinker. What a shame.

I'm pretty sure that finger prints may be very telling. . .and very easy to obtain. Obviously, the police already has Georges' finger prints!

Now, I have no idea if it was done or not. . .but it seems pretty elementary!

Mark O'Mara, George's attorney, confirmed that George had his gun with him that day.

And why would anyone bother putting themself at risk for George like that? It's completely convoluted.

I agree. I just think it's stupid to accuse him without evidence. And that's also assuming whoever did it was stupid enough to handle them without gloves.

NOPE! The police "didn't find" a gun. . .that doesn't prove there was none.

And even IF there was none. . .she never said she SAW a gun, but that George kept on reaching for the place where he USUALLY keeps his gun.

By the way. . .George "thought" Trayvon was a thief. . .but had no proof he was. He still went after him as if he was a thief, and KILLED him.

He said he shot the kid because "he was in fear of his life," and many people believe that was enough of a reason to shoot the unarmed kid.

Knowing George's history as Shellie does (and SHE knows the truth about how Trayvon died!), why wouldn't anyone believe that she might ALSO have been in fear of her life. . .and that of her father!

After all. . .George carried his concealed weapon on a quite, rainy evening to go "grocery shopping at Target!"

Why wouldn't he have carried his gun the day he assaulted his wife to get her I-Pad (because she was filming him)?
