hee hee.which you have proven in spades showing that pic where kennedy was hit in the neck but Connoly has not been hit yet which is impossibility since they have been struck at the same time by the same bullet according to the magic bullet theorists.:roflol:

Like I said,Earl warren was so corrupt its unreal. If you ever did any research on this you would know that to be true.hee hee.

one more thing i forgot to mention about this post is i see you evade the FACTS that is oswald was going to shoot himhe would have done it on HOUSTON street when he had a CLEAR UNOBSTUCTED view instead of shooting him where a tree obstructed his view as the photos show.

oh and dont come back and lie saying there was no tree there that obstructed it,it DID,the photos clearly show it.

The FBI when they tried to reenact it,they matter of fact CUT DOWN THE TREE and opened the window WIDE instead of being partially opened. but according to you, thats a non biased investigation.:weed::roflol:

oh and I see you are not aware of the testimony of Arnold Rowland who saw TWO men on the 6th floor opposite of oswald leaning out the window with a rifle 15 minutes before the assassination saying he took them to be secret service people.

oh and thats a miserable fail on your part as well here saying he leaned back away from the window and took the shot from inside because the photos show NO HUMAN FIGURE in the window like it would have had there been anybody there and there would be the visible puff of smoke that came from those kind of rifles when you fire them visible as well.

thats why many witnesses who saw a gunman fire a refle behind the picket fence ran there because some saw him,all of them that ran there practically saw a puff of smoke there,AND they smelled gunpower there which would have been IMPOSSIBlE for them to smell on the grassy knoll if you want to believe in that b.s fairy tale you worship, that oswald fired the rifle from the 6th floor.like I always have to say to you guyes everyday multiple tiomes eact time since it is so much the truth.MISERABLE FAIL.:roflol:

No need to....They were peculiar circumstances, the president had been killed.I have no doubt if it had been neccessary, the dallas police could have backed the medical examiners insisting an autopsy

    But they didn't,did they?

The death of a president is ESPECIALLY the time to abide by the laws. And you're fooling yourself if you think any Dallas police officer is going to question an army General or Secret Service Agent.

oh and even Eisenhower said making Warren the chief justice was a huge worst mistake he made.hee hee.

Years later, Eisenhower said the appointment of Warren was "one of the two biggest mistakes I made in my Administration." It is not clear what or who Eisenhower then believed his other mistake had been. He was later quoted as called the Warren appointment "my biggest damn-fool mistake."

Actually, it did...and the shot has been replicated a number times. Denying the those shot recreations is just being dishonest.

Conspiracy theories are lame. Which is why I rarely venture in here. That being said, if Ruby wouldn't have offed Oswald, a 2nd rate public defender would have gotten him off. For all the circumstantial evidence of a conspiracy, the entire case against Oswald was circumstantial too wasn't it? Not saying he didn't do it, wasn't involved, etc. But:

    1. No witness positively identified him as the shooter
    2. Murder weapon not found on him. The poor fingerprints wouldn't have held up in court.
    3. There was no real motive.

When you add in things like being refused legal counsel, disappearing and tampered evidence, the improbability of making those shots, etc, he would have never been found guilty. Perhaps that's why he was killed. Could you imagine the (*)(*)(*)(*) storm if he would have been proven innocent?

Plus the many witnesses who saw smoke coming from the direction of the grassy knoll and the many witnesses who claimed to have seen a bullet hole in the front windshield of the car. The same car that was being refurbished in Michigan that weekend. This is the crime scene we're talking about.

I think I read somewhere that that parade was running about 10 minutes late. Don't know if true or not, but I did hear that somewhere. JFK was shot at what, 12:30? Several people spotted Oswald eating lunch at 12:15. If JFK's car was supposed to be at Dealey at 12:20, you'd think Oswald wouldn't be eating lunch 5 floors below the nest 5 minutes before he planned to shoot.

That is an excellent point! If a man was plotting to kill the president of the United States of America he wouldn't be drinking a "Coke" in the lunch room just before the president passed by.

You are correct. And to make things worse, he had to take the stairs to get there. There was no elevator. Plus, 90 seconds after the shooting, the cops were inside the building looking for the suspect when they saw Oswald drinking a coke he had just bought from a vending machine. He wasn't sweating or breathing heavy and was completely calm. If he had run down the stairs, he would have passed two women who would have spotted him. They both denied seeing him. How likely does all of that sound?

I didn't realize it till a while ago,but the seat kennedy and his wife were sitting could be raised 10.5 inches higher to make it easier to see the president

J Edgar's F.B.I. would have ensured his guilt.

    NO

There's some truth to this as no-one seemed to get a very clear view of him but most did claim he resembled the person they saw and identified him in a police lineup. This by itself wouldn't be enough to seal the deal but in combination with the rest, it would've been a factor
The poor finger prints? What does this mean? They were Oswald finger prints, on the rifle and in the surroundings.
No-one knows what would trigger it but Oswald had ties to Cuba, Soviet Union, once tried to renounce his US citizenship and moved to Soviet Union. Maybe he just hated his Country and was politically motivated? I mean, this was no innocent guy, his actions speak louder than words. He once tried to shoot General Walker (his wife testified to this) and this proves he had the guts to try and take someone out, motivated by political reasons. Oswald was also going through marriage problems and was separated from his wife; maybe this just pushed him over the edge? When he found out JFK would be passing through, maybe it all just came together.

For those who think the accounts that he tried to kill walker are bogus, read this:

[QUOTE] When you add in things l...and i'm not sure this would've been possible.

Like I said, I don't know if he did it or not. We'll probably never know for sure. But I've yet to see legitimate proof that would convict him of the crime. And if he would be proven 'not guilty', then by definition someone else would have to be guilty. Okay, maybe that isn't true all the time (OJ), but as mentioned above, he never fit the profile of a killer after he was arrested (claimed innocence, stuck to his story, was calm and collected, etc).

The "magic bullet" shot trajectory illustrated by the Warren Commission is false by the simple fact that I already pointed out and you quoted: they had Connally sitting differently. It thus changes the trajectory.

It says nothing of the actual shots themselves, which as you said, were re-created. However, what your standard conventionalist and debunker fails to mention is that it took sharpshooters several tries to re-create it. I wonder why they'd omit that pertinent information?

People forget that the House select committee on assassinations tried REALLY HARD to find a conspiracy. They brought in many experts to analyze the autopsy pictures and how it was performed yet they couldn't conclude that things were forged, things hidden or that something was covered up. They took a hard look at the probability of the shots been made from the depository and concluded it was probable. This committee would've LOVED to have proved that these shots were impossible and that only a magic bullet would've been able to hit both Kennedy and Connally; again, they failed here. After they took a close look at what happened, analyzed all the facts, used expert after expert ..guess what? They agreed with the Warren commision that Oswald was the lone shooter! Sure they believed the Warren commision made some mistakes but isn't funny that they came to same conclusion on Oswald? lol... Now, they did say that they believed that even though Oswald was the lone shooter, it was probably part of a conspiracy. I'm actually open to this idea but guess what? they couldn't come up with any credible evidence and no-one else has, in 50 years since the assassination.
