What a sad, strange little world you live in.

The pats are in the championship because the rest of their division blows dicks and Andrew Luck is still green behind the ears.

They played a mediocre season and will have their asses handed to them in the championship, just like the entire last decade.

You have no idea what my world is like......but since you inquired from your grandma's basement computer I'll clue you. I am a liquid millionaire with my own business and three residences. I have a beautiful wife and two imperfect children who will be quite successful in life. My diverse group of employees have stayed with me for many years and think my views on 'diversity' in sports are right on........how it's going for you?

    Hey!! You are an adult!!!

Nice to see and read unlike others here.

One thing they cannot disagree with is that NO QB...NO TEAM...AND NO OTHER COACH AND OWNER.....has consistently brought their fans so much fun watching the game over so long a period at so high a level as TOM BRADY, BILL BELICHICK and ROBERT KRAFT ALL HAVE!!!!

When other Teams and their owners have bilked anywhere from $500 Million to $1.2 Billion out of their State and Community coffers as they threatened and so actually did such as the BROWN'S.....to move their stadium to another state.....all Robert Kraft and the Patriot's asked for was improvements to the road leading to the stadium.

When the state of Massachusetts balked Connecticut put forth a HUGE OFFER to build the Patriots a stadium FREE OF CHARGE if Robert Kraft and the Patriots agreed to move to Connecticut.....Kraft politely looked into the offer by Connecticut and then told Massachusetts that as he...Robert Kraft was a Season Ticket Holding Patriots Fan since the very early beginnings of the Team....and had sat on a cold metal bench as Foxborough Stadium only had bleacher seats and had no luxury boxes or even seats with a back....as I myself have been to many, many games and when it is -10 Below Zero out with 30 mile and hour winds with a -47 Below Zero F. Wind Chill I KNOW Robert Kraft or anyone who can sit on an ice cold metal bench or even if you have a pad to sit on is a DIE HARD PATRIOTS FAN.

For those of you who have never been to Foxborough Massachusetts in the WINTER never mind in an old old stadium that offers the fans NOTHING in the way of protection from the elements as well as because of it's old and poor design anytime it rained or had snow melting the bathrooms would flood WAIST HIGH WITH WATER....and up till the 2001-2002 Seasons last game there the famous Patriots/Raiders game....it didn't matter if you made $17K a year or $100 Million a year EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE had to tough it out in one of the coldest and weather harsh NFL environments of the planet.

Thus our owner Robert Kraft was just like anyone of us freezing our asses off!!! So Kraft told Massachusetts...LOOK....Connecticut is offering me a FREE STADIUM if I move the team. I DON'T WANT TO MOVE THE TEAM so please just fix the damn road which is too small for the purposes of having a new massive best in the NFL STADIUM because as it is now with our old small stadium we have traffic jams for up to 4 hours just to get to the stadium and up to 6 hours to get out and go home!!!

Mass. fixed the road and Robert Kraft built what is the best stadium in the NFL and it has been sold out every game every year since it was built.

    PATRIOTS RULE!!!!!

Strip clubs have never been my "thing." I've never been to a Super Bowl, but I have an anecdote related to football. In Novermber, 1972 I was in Delray Beach, Florida with my family vacationing. I went to Mass on Sunday as usual with my family and Don Shula was seated ahead of us. After Mass my Dad told him good luck in today's game. The Dolphins were playing later that day in the Orange Bowl stadium in Miami. The Dolphins went on to a perfect regular season that year and won Super Bowl VII against the Washington Redskins. Of course the regular season was only 14 games back then....and they won 3 post-season games to finish 17 - 0.

They were 12-4, got a first round bye, and played teams like New Orleans, Denver, Carolina and Cincinnati during the regular season. There's about 28 teams in the NFL that would LOVE to be that "mediocre".

I have to say I like Denver, but they sure didn't impress me Sunday. They scraped by a very mediocre SD team (who shouldn't even have been in the playoffs in the first place). Manning threw 2 INT's, but got lucky 1 was dropped, and SD was offsides (well, actually a neutral zone infraction) about a half dozen times which I wouldn't expect the well-coached Patriots to do.

Carolina beat them and the Pats hung on to beat the Saints.

I will credit their coach with getting the most from the least, but they are in a weak division. Still, it's the NFL and even a bad team can beat a good team if they're having an off game...and I'll credit the Pats for extreme consistency in winning. The most consistently good team year after year...which is not easy to accomplish in any division.

My Dad was a beer distributor and had business dealings with the Florida (South Florida) distributor who knew the Shulas. So they met through mutual acquaintances. I don't want give the impression they were best buds or something, just that he knew him. Closer to your town, I had a chance to meet Bobby Orr...probably one of the greatest scoring NHL defenseman in the league's history. As far as pro athletes go, hockey players are very down to Earth and approachable for the most part. I can't imagine Tom Brady gives his fans the time of day, or Peyton Manning, but you never know. A hockey player will sign whatever you want and engage in a conversation about the team...must be a Canadian thing or something.

Are you seriously contending that the NFL would not love to see more white faces on their t.v. screens?
The people that buy the tickets and purchase the merchandise are by and large mostly white. What you are contending is totally without base.

    BOBBY ORR!!!!

MAN!!! When I was a kid I would eat, drink and sleep Bruins Hockey!!!

My parents got me for Christmas...from Santa....one of those Hockey Games where you had levers you could slide and spin connected to little Hockey Players and you got a little puck that was a small steel ball surrounded by plastic in the shape of a puck and of course two kids would play hockey and a fight would ensue prior to such a game as both myself and my cousin would duke it out for the right to have the Boston Bruins Team on the game rather than the MOST HATTED IN A SO HEINOUS A WAY MISERABLE LOUSY LOW DOWN SCUM MONTREAL CANADIANS OR KNOWN IN MONTREAL AS THE HABS!!! GOD!!! I hated Montreal!!!!

Bobby Orr was King of New England and remained as King till Larry Bird came around and now the KING is TOM BRADY!! LOL!!!

I am a huge sports fan and I used to play hockey on a small man made pond in a Gravel Pit which was owned by the Father of my friend and his Dad made this pond almost EXACTLY in decisions to a Olympic Hockey Rink.

The cool thing was that they took Bucket Loaders and near a stream dug out this pond for swimming and my friends Dad had the foresight to dig it out in the size of a Hockey Rink and as they dug this it filled with natural spring water and they made a small connecting channel to the stream just 12 feet next to it so the water was always fresh and they filled the bottom with sand and made a beach on one end and the rest of the pond was dug down so they banks of the pond were straight up high like the boards in a Hockey Rink....so we had a lot of Cross Checking going on!!! LOL!!!!

I played a few positions but I was the best goalie on our street and our street which is over a mile long would play teams from other streets in our small town.

It was tough, bloody and absolutely glorious.

We would all pretend to be Bobby Orr!!

Your right. That Manning throw deep SHOULD have been caught for an interception in fact I don't know how that Defensive Back could drop that ball unless he was so surprised it was thrown so poorly he couldn't believe it was actually right in his hands.

I also was surprised at just how bad San Diego was as a team as they could get NOTHING going and it was just pure luck they were even in the game at the end.

Denver did not handle San Diego very well at all and allowing that on sides kick to be recovered by San Diego was just inexcusable!!

I really think if that first quarter deep through by Manning had been intercepted Manning...who does not deal or handle making a mistake well as I have watched him many times over the years react poorly after throwing an interception ESPECIALLY when Manning is in a Playoff Game as many times when the Patriots would play against Manning and the Colts...and if the Patriots would sack Manning or intercept Manning....Manning would get this look on his face of defeat early on and to be a Champion you have to overcome such mistakes mentally.

The 'Drunk White Fans' are the biggest obstacle to White skill players being drafted and 'allowed' to play. They have been subjected to the anti-white athlete propaganda for a generation and actually show up at games with their sons wearing jerseys with black players names on the back.......

Are you still ignoring the posts where several talented black players were not drafted? Like Warren (*)(*)(*)(*)in Moon for example?

Hell, right now the saints have a talented runningback Kyrie Robinson who was un drafted, and now he's a major asset to the team

It's because they are profoundly undersized and not exactly speed burners.
Those attributes (slow and small) are precisely the qualities no one is looking for on draft day. Only a racist would fail to see the obvious
dots you cannot seem to connect.

I'm still waiting for the explanation of how Welker has been the best WR the last 6 years, especially considering he isn't even the best WR on his team.

The Denver Broncos' Wes Welker is the quintessential slot receiver, with a dynamic game built on quickness, toughness and guile. The former undrafted free agent has led the NFL in receptions three times, topping the 100-catch mark in five of the past six seasons. Welker has 672 receptions since 2007 -- the most in the NFL in that span. His rise to prominence with the New England Patriots simultaneously boosted the profile of his position, sparking several teams to look for their own slot man.

I'd say that kinda supports the claim..MOST CATCHES..sort of a "biggie"...

    Come on Guy's!

Let's not turn a FUN FOOTBALL TOPIC into some Racial Debate!!!

There are great players that are Black and White and Brown...etc.

The only thing important is they are great as the color of their skin is NOT important.

Except that isn't the only stat to try and use. There is also Receiving yards, TDs, YAC, Yds per Game, and so on and so on. Let's not forget that in 2010 Wes Welker wasn't even in the top 10 for nearly every category outside of receptions(tied for 6th) and that was only 2010.

Welker and woodhead are tiny, looking at them in the draft it would be easy to pass on them. Thats not skin color, that's size and durability. As a coach, I would go for someone like megatron over someone like welker all day, and it wouldnt matter the skin color on either. Just size and physicality.

Scouts have gotten plenty of things wrong. Hell, TD was drafted in Round 6. Starr was the 200th pick, Deacon Jones went 186th overall in 1961 and Brady went in the 6th Round. (*)(*)(*)(*) happens, it has nothing to do with race.
