The GOP cannot survive as a party that panders to or even "overlooks" racists within

Are you denying the fact that Republican voters are overwhelmingly non-hispanic whites?

Your poor black school buddy was making fun of your grammar? Not much of a buddy, I'd say. Children can be cruel sometimes.

The cold hard truth is that most people are racist in some way shape or form. They may not acknowledge it, but they are.

That means democrats and republicans and independents alike are full of racists, bigots, sexists, etc etc.

It also means that it's an impossibility to purge one party or another of them.

Hey, GW, here's an idea....why don't you TELL your "Hispanic neighbors" about Pat Buchanan and his views on "losing white culture"....and how popular he is with a lot of rightwingers? :)

    So they're stupid?

It's funny when you hear rightwingers/Republicans try to "explain" why the GOP is overwhelmingly white and has so little appeal to minorities....

reminds me of "Ian Faith" (Tony Hendra) in "This Is Spinal Tap"--

Marty: The last time Tap toured America, they where, uh, booked into 10,000 seat arenas, and 15,000 seat venues, and it seems that now, on their current tour they're being booked into 1,200 seat arenas, 1,500 seat arenas, and uh I was just wondering, does this mean uh...the popularity of the group is waning?

Ian: Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no...no, no, not at all. I, I, I just think that the.. uh.. their appeal is becoming more selective.

I disagree in any idea that identifying voters is voter suppression or racism.

Yeah, I'm sure some of them are. Stupid people's vote counts just as much. But, they (the ones falling for your rhetoric), like the vast majority of single-issue voters, regardless of party affiliation, are more likely 'ignorant' (which is very different from being 'stupid'). For instance, if you go to the polls to vote against a candidate solely because he supports voter ID, or is for abortion, or is for gun rights, or he doesn't look like you do, then you're definitely ignorant, but you might be stupid too.

So you think minorities are stupid?

(Go back and re-read what you've posted and what I've asked....that IS what you're saying. )

TC, I want you to be sure and tell all the people you know that you believe in Brewskier's "epidemic of black on white rape".....and also that you're a Republican.

    Deal?

But the Democratic party is not the one having trouble attracting minority voters.

BTW, always a fun way to prove the point....

as the average Republican "Why is it that blacks overwhelmingly vote Democratic, not Republican?"

99 times out of 100....their answer is....something insulting to blacks.

Saying that they're "ignorant" or "lazy" or "greedy" as a group.

Thus (unconsciously) they reveal the REAL answer.

Right... because they're not racist towards minorities. They're racist towards whites. Unfortunately there's also a rather large portion of the white population who have the "white guilt" complex and vote democrat.

I think the left believes they are. Too stupid to make it without special help from the all loving and caring left wing.
Without the minorities being in a constant and forever state need the left isn't needed. That's why the left wing system is rigged to keep them in need of the government. To never give them hope and real change. Just more of the same that the left has given them for many years now.
How has Obama's terms of changed help African Americans? How's the unemployment rates in young black men going? How many terms did Obama have? How are the school scores in the black areas? How many years he had? How many black owned small business opened compared to before Obama? How many years did he have to help push change?
And don't tell me he has tried but the mean ole republicans stopped him. Lies
He hasn't done one thing to try to promote black owned companies. Only his rich green failed friends.

That's not it? Who supports affirmative action? Affirmative action is a policy explicitly designed to give an advantage to minorities over people with white skin.

And would you support grants provided by the federal government limited ONLY to people with white skin? Most likely not. But there are multiple grants provided by the fed and if you have white skin you don't qualify.

This is the kind of idiocy that will doom the Republican party if the more sensible conservatives cannot reign in and marginalize the nuts.

Not at all what I said. The fact that you have to hack up my posts to make it seem that way is indicative of your dishonesty. I said I think single-issue voters, the ones who are swayed by YOUR type of rhetoric, are ignorant, and might be stupid too. You know the difference, right? Your failed attempt at calling me a racist is noted.

Yes, white people are quite oppressed in the US today. Especially the men.

    LOL

With a message like that, the GOP is sure to be successful.

    Post #116 asked:

“How's the unemployment rates in young black men going?”

“How are the school scores in the black areas?”

“How many black owned small business opened compared to before Obama?”

    The answer was:

    Taxcutter says:
So discussing high black unemployment, poor black educational performance and discouragement of black entrepreneurship are "idiocy?"

    On what planet?

Let's throw in the erosion of the black family. (Whites aren't immune although Hispanic and Asian families have resisted that trend so far)

So how will marginalizing those who want to discuss those fundamental issues promote the electoral success of the republican party.

I think the idiot is the one saying these issues are idiocy.
