Maybe he can reconstruct an old theme of his, that was just as unpopular to Americans as he and his party are......

"I didn't build this mess, all the other Dems and evil Repubs made this mess happen."

The dealers that were able, showed up to vote against it. Legalization would cut into their profits.

I love that "at least they do something" part....what exactly have they done, other than keep this country in misery for 6 years?

    :roflol:

In other words, the dems will be...again.... the real obstructionists.

dems lost republicans won, what will they and the President get done in the next two years now

republicans can no longer blame "doing nothing" on democrats, they will need to actually do something now that they won, or they lose big in 2016

I will criticize dems just as bad as I did repubs if they now start not supporting things they themselves supported pre-repub win just to make repubs look bad, just cause repubs did it doesn't mean they can't be better losers then repubs were, I do not want to hear any of this, but they did it first junk.... both sides need to put the people of this country above their party

You're right, the fact he lied about health care and your doctor, that he has made this country a laughing stock around the world, that he traded 5 top terrorists for a traitor, etc, etc, ad nauseum.... Yeah, none of that sort of thing could possibly sour him for the country.

    Keep making more excuses.

    Off topic,,flounder, Mod edit

I assume you're talking about the masses that did no homework and only voted for obama because he is black...those people?

Because he was a no-experience, 1st termer who's sole experience pool consisted of "community organizer".

Of course, I don't expect Mod edit,,flounder 2 to be able to post any real reasons why he should have been elected, other than "he's black".

Lol, so the real obstructionists are planning to obstruct, but are going to whine about obstructionism after their chief obstructor just lost his job?

    That's rich.

I thought about it, and I think you should think about this: In Reagan's 6th year, he lost 11 Senate seats and didn't put 41 in much of a hole. In 43's 6th year, he lost control of everything.

The long and the short of it is, in order to beat Hillary, you're going to have to nominate SOMEBODY. That's where the best laid plans are going to turn to snot.

no it actually means repubs can't blame everything on dems in 2016 now, it just means they are equally responsible for getting things done now, Clinton can use that to her advantage

Supposedly, he's giving some kind of news melee today, talking about yesterday. I don't know if it's just to the press or to everyone. If available, I will listen and giggle.

    Hahaha

So much butthurt in this post. The righties on this board posts facts, its you that refuse to see them.

Keep on crying though, the world is coming to an end! Moreso than, say, when ISIS is chopping up our police officers, or there are race riots over a lawful shooting that our government helped to incite?

You actually believe this garbage? Why do you even come here then? What does this say about you as a person?

I actually think there are some Liberals here with many rational posts.

I also think it is time for the Republicans (at large) to hold their leaders accountable for some real progress. The establishment Republicans (McConnell, Boehner, etc....) can no longer play their Crony Capitalism games. They either have to start representing "We the People", or expect more TEA Party challenges and attacks in 2016.

Get it done, or get out.

If things get better during the next 2 years many people will credit the Republican Congress for it and divided Government. Why would 2016 be a good thing for her?

Shhhh, don't confuse them, let them learn the hard way like they always do, it just takes time, lots of time, after all we are talking about Cons here.

it's not Obama's fault, I am so surprised to hear the right not claim their win was because their candidates were good picks and good for American, instead they say it's cause of Obama?

I agree that the Republicans must start getting something done or else, problem with your thinking is that the Voters will not replace the established Repubs with TP'ers, they will replace them with Dems. Maybe the TP and the Establishment Cons need to learn to work together and then do the job they were hired to do.

They do not actually know, all they do is look at if there is a D or and R behind the candidates name and that is how they vote. Why else would they be against removing the designations on the ballet.

I would like to see the next two years be good for the people

both parties have equal control of government, which means neither can pass anythign they want, so forget party agenda's...

both parties look bad if nothing gets done, and both parties look good if the things that need done get done...

can republicans start working to help the American people or are they still so intent on making Obama look bad that they chop off their own foot... guess we see

Like the DEM couldnt blame Republicans anymore after they won? Oh wait , they still blame Bush for all of their failures. You have shown us that we can still blame you, for at least 6 years!

dems will credit Obama, repubs will credit the Republican controlled Congress... it's a win\win for both sides to get things done

Clinton can run on the fact that the last time the Clinton's were in the white-house and republicans controlled Congress, we had a great 8 years.... sure it would be better for Clinton if republicans kept doing what they did for the last 6 years, but she looks good either way
