Why do they let birthers keep going with Obama's Birth Certificate?

Well, there you have it. I've provided plenty of proof that the birth certificate is a fraud.

If you have evidence to refute that, please let me know.

If you can provide an certified document examiner that says the fraudulent computer-generated birth certificate is authentic, please let me know so I can publish a retraction.

We have taken every single argument of his completely apart. We've show how the Elg case is ALL ABOUT citizenship when he claim it had nothing to do with it. We have shown him how his abysmal understanding of basic grammar and punctuation makes what he thought to be proof of HIS case actually prove nothing of the kind.... we've shown him how his truncated quote from Justice Waite, when expanded by just two or three more sentences completely disproves his argument. We have asked him repeatedly to come up with the definitive quote from SCOTUS that would state that natural born citizens must have citizens as parents in order to qualify for that status and he has repeatedly failed to produce such a quote. He's got nothing but his racist blinding hatred for Obama which fuels his very existence. He even chose his screen name on here to show the primacy of that subject to his persona.

It must be terribly depressing to see your whole raison d'être being dismantled in front of your eyes. Now watch.... he will either ignore this post altogether or he will counter with insults or he will post some new and amazing cut and paste paragraph from some new and amazing birther website that he found while wandering around and around on the birther mobius strip. I am only one of those things. I am a retired Naval Officer. I have never jumped out of a perfectly good airplane. I have never had to dig a hole in the ground to give myself shelter. I have never shot anyone at long range with a rifle. I am a surface warfare officer (ship driver) who specialized early on in my career in 1200psi steam propulsion, and then I moved to anti-submarine warfare, combat systems, and then cross decked to operations and planning and finally, aircraft carrier maintenance management with some interesting overseas shore tours thrown in for fun. Nothing too awfully daring or dashing about any of it. It was an awesome life, however, and I got to see places that my high school buddies back in Illinois still can only dream about. I have not distracted or lied or obfuscated about anything on this thread. The only thing I have denied is your twisted and unsubstantiated view of the President's citizenship status. If there were facts put forth by you that were real and honest and true, I would admit them and congratulate you for finding them. You have yet to do so. You can see that the letters that are missing from your picture are just slightly faded in the white house's image.

These guys can't disprove my evidence, nor can they provide evidence the thing is not a forgery. They have lost the argument big time. They keep repeating the same misdirection, that it was certified. That is not the same thing as authenticated. They have absolutely no explanation as to why the PFD is layered, nor why the dates, signatures and stamps are on separate layers. There is no computer scan that will do that. None.

I will again point out - and it is a point you assiduously ignore - that the very nature of the white house website presented image is totally and forever irrelevant. There is only ONE document that matters. That document is the original that is bound with other originals in a large book in the archives of the State of Hawaii. THREE Hawaii state officials - representing both political parties - have attested to the existence, content, and authenticity of THAT document. THAT document - the only document that matters - proves beyond all doubt that Barack Obama is a natural born citizen and meets that prerequisite to hold the office.

The rest of this noise is just morons following one another around a mobius strip of youtube videos becoming more and more outraged with each pass through the loop.

 

I have been asking if they even know what Photoshop is and if they understand any computer image can be altered. Even that low standard of factual knowledge they do not acknowledge to understand.

My objection comes from the constitutional language used in Article II Section 1 Clause 5, and BHO2's own claim of BHO1 being his sperm donor. There is significant evidence using the most basic understanding of the English language and understanding the political climate under which this document was written to realize what was conveyed by the language as used.

I gave up arguing with the paid Obots. I think one way they may be getting paid is by the post, but I am almost certain they are paid.

 

I would quickly suggest that, in this case, the analogy would be more correct if you said it was like two geeky friends from the neighborhood sitting alone together in one of their mother's basements, congratulating one another on how tough they are with their respective siblings... while those siblings played outside laughing at them.

What law enforcement agency would that be?
You have a law enforcement official making that claim- but what agency?

What actions have they taken in the last 18 months?

IF Sheriff Joe Arpaio believes that there is a criminal forgery- why has he not done what Sheriff's are supposed to do?

Why hasn't he reported the supposed forgery to the FBI?
Why hasn't he reported the supposed forgery to the Hawaii State police?
Why hasn't he reported the supposed forgery to the local District Attorney?
Why hasn't he reported the supposed forgery to the State Attorney General?

Now those are all things a legitimate law enforcement officer would take if he had evidence of forgery- of fraud.

IF Arpaio has evidence of a crime being committed- why is he having press conferences- rather than turning the evidence over to prosecutors?

The State of Hawaii verified that the copies put online are copies of the actual birth certificate on file.

The State of Hawaii has verified that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.

The image online is not a legal document.

The one that was shown to reporters in 2011 is.
The one that was shown to reporters in 2008 is.
The one that the State of Hawaii has verified repeatedly that is onfile in Hawaii is.

What you think about the image posted online in 2011 is irrelevant- legally and otherwise.

I am thinking that Jackson would agree with you. My sense is that his point is that nobody in the republican establishment holds birther tendencies and, most likely, sees them as a negative distraction whereby the larger party is tainted and seen as incrementally more loony because of the continued blathering existence of birthers.

There is a reason why there was never any controversy regarding Obama being a natural born citizen just because his father was from Africa- every American grows up knowing that that anyone born in the United State can aspire to grow up and someday be elected President.
