BTW, there is no legal justification to assault someone because they disagree with you on a political issue. Maybe that is why cons and tea party folks are getting reputations as being violent.

What happened before the video starts? The clip is not enough evidence to say if it was or wasn't assault. Either way it gave the race peddlers what they want, something to push the narrative all Trump supporters are racist.
