Somehow, I think in the fullness of time, you'll be able to recover and move on with only one dominate political party. After all, that pretty much described the US from the Great Depression until Reagan, so it's not unprecedented.
Why not listen to the actual words from Clinton rather than relying upon another's interpretation of her words? A quick Google will lead you to a YouTube video of Clinton's comments.
I have never been one to put stock in media soundbites. If it mattered to me i would check the context of her full statement, but it doesn't. My point is it did make a lasting impression on someone it did matter to. I will ask my co worker about the context he based his opinion on when i see him tomorrow.
The elements that make up an average Trump supporter, and what they all share in common: 1. They are emotionally disgruntled. 2. They are extremely gullible. 3. They are disconnected. I don't think Clinton should be underestimated, I am looking forward to her inauguration tbh.
Very true. The morning of November 9th is going to be a rude awakening for them. Their tirades and rationale (for Trump's crushing loss) will, most certainly, be high comedy.
That's the same thing people were saying about Romney, "Get used to saying President Romney" and look what happened, conservatives still haven't gotten over that defeat. Sorry to break it to ya, but Trump will be the one squealing like a baby seal.
Probably it is because of Hillary's hyper pro-neocon postion of supporting every foreign war and intrusion plus the bonus of her vowing to go to war against Russia and her close relationship with Wall Street and big banks. some people really do think the USA should militarily dominate the entire world and that the super rich know and will do what is best for everyone. That's likely why she supports Hillary Clinton.
I asked someone on this forum to specify one Hillary's accomplishments. He responded next day with the words "You don't have to vote for her". LOL enough said. Do they actually think they can win with HER and avoid discussing her corruption, her record of disasters and failures, her lies and sense of entitlement for the next half a year? Duh
Anybody who was at a site like this, the day after the "Romney Landslide", remembers all of the great comedy that was provided by people coming to grips with it. Looking forward to more of the same when Trump gets crushed.
Wow, you nailed it. I have respectfully asked the same question of Hillary supporters here, and I have so far gotten zero answers back. All those things you said about Hillary .... Aren't they the same things the liberals used to say they hated about Bush? I hate to say it, but don't underestimate the gullibility of the voting public. I've given up trying to predict what's going to happen in this election. I think anything could happen, good or bad. I'm 60, and I've never seen an election cycle like this one. It is exciting, that's for sure.
How could anybody possibly underestimate the public's gullibility after witnessing the rise of Trump?
Fair enough. Yet a typical election campaign is a combination of a positive message about the candidate and negative campaign against the opponent. Yet the left is reduced to negative side of the campaign only. They literally can't find a single good word to say about their candidate, her record or her platform. I doubt they can win just by attacking the opponent and offering no alternative. The other good thing is Trump has been busy eliminating his republican opponents. He's just about done with them and she is next. The libs know that and they are terrified, this is what's causing all their non-stop bleating, rage, violence, hysteria. They sense that Hurricane Orange is about to hit the liberal shores and they are shaking in their flip flops
The Trump Reality Clinton was on Anderson Cooper and almost all of the questions were about Trump after he secured his win as the presumptive GOP nominee. Clinton is already forced into a secondary and reactive position of having to respond to Trump. That already underscores her stature as leader and her as something less. BTW, the election was supposed to be Jeb vs Clinton and Trump handily beat Jeb even with all of Jeb's political and financial backing. You might say he already beat a better candidate than Clinton.
Trump Reality changes.....depending on the mood of the Trumpsters' Cult Leader. One day raising the minimum wage is bad.......a week or two later, he's "open to it".... and like the citizens of Orwell's Oceania? The Trump Cultists believe the "newhistory" put out by Big Brother...."Oceania has always been at war with EastAsia."
