Well, we learned a few things from the GOP primary... The birther movement is alive and well and as dumbed down as ever with Trump as king The Drumpf supporters have successfully blurred the lines between actual reality and reality TV "Idiocracy" in the USA has arrived and is not just a fantasy comedy movie.
"Trump says that the Moon is made of Danish cheese, promises moon missions to harvest billions in free cheese." Trump Cultists-----"HILLARY!!!!!
Thats Trump showing how the GOPe would look when it came time...he was right-ahead of schedule and under budget.
There is a whole list of former candidates that have underestimated this guy. Please please please Dems do not do the same thing! He has a load of flaws but he also has a bunch of positives. He breeds excitement, he is well funded, he is actually very moderate as his swing to the middle will show, he knows how to work a room and a crowd to get a preferred response. But most of all he is a master of branding. Look how he branded Cruz as Lying Ted or Rubio as Little Marco he used that to warp the people's perception of his opponents and the media blared those branding across the country for FREE! Hillary is vulnerable to this kind of thing as is anyone with her amount of public exposure is. People are underestimating him they are saying he is an idiot, his followers are rubes, and that he cannot get broad appeal. But look at the exit poles and numbers of voters. He is not just getting uneducated white men. He is getting men, women, high school graduates and the highly educated. His only weakness has been minorities and that is not guaranteed if he chooses his running mate and words well. All it will take is some smart add executive to figure out that wedge into minorities and he may be able to peel off 10% and then he is the President. STOP underestimating this man please!
Tr(oll)mp was plenty of racist supporters. Tr(oll)mp uses racist "dog whistles" which is how his racist supporters know that he agrees with them. - - - Updated - - - Rasmussen is a notoriously rightwing biased pollster and nothing it provides at this stage is even remotely credible.
BZZZT Wrong! It is the harm Tr(oll)mp would do to We the People and the rest of the world that is of concern but there is nothing about him that is any justification for being "scared".
Then you and they are crazy. I guarantee this discussion happened: "Dont worry Governor Bush, Trump is a joke! He has no experience, no backing, and his positions are laughable. No one treats him seriously and neither should you. Your nomination is going to be in the bag."
I am not underestimating the possibility that Tr(oll)mp might end up being imposed on We the People just as Bush jr was. However We the People survived his illegal warmongering and we will survive Tr(oll)mp assuming that the GOP Congress doesn't impeach him in his first term. But that has nothing whatsoever to do with your bogus allegation about being "scared" of Tr(oll)mp. - - - Updated - - - Your abject state of denial does not alter the reality of the facts that I just posted about Tr(oll)mp's racism.
` ` A message for my fellow Republicans: If you back Trump you will not be trusted again - The "Trump Reality" is that his backers and fan boi's, are all alone in this world.
I've yet to see any credible stats backing that. I realize that credible stats from that time aren't really easy to come by but it's less than 200 years and in a nation with modern recordkeeping, there should be something. A lot of Reconstructionist drivel is still just accepted by constant repetition.
So you are familiar with sharecroppers, etc-no doubt. As for records-you are talking about an area decimated by war, with high illiteracy. Not saying they don't exist-just saying dont expect it to be common.
That is the problem with some people, they can't tell the difference between fact and opinion, thus your problem thinking opinion is fact.
