Here's what the Jersey Girls have to say about the newly declassified 28 pages (or 29).

29 Pages Revealed: Corruption, Crime and Cover-up Of 9/11

    Excerpts ...

First and foremost, here is what you need to know when you listen to any member of our government state that the newly released 29 pages are no smoking gun — THEY ARE LYING.

Our government’s relationship to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is no different than an addict’s relationship to heroin. Much like a heroin addict who will lie, cheat, and steal to feed their vice, certain members of our government will lie, cheat, and steal to continue their dysfunctional and deadly relationship with the KSA — a relationship that is rotting this nation and its leaders from the inside out.

    ...

President Bush did not want the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia investigated. President Bush has deep ties to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its royal family and only wanted to protect the Kingdom. President Bush wanted to go to war in Iraq — not Saudi Arabia. So, 29 full pages that said “Saudi” and “Bandar” instead of “Hussein” and “Iraq” was a huge problem for President Bush.

It is well documented that the Joint Inquiry received enormous push-back against its investigation into the Saudis. In fact, former FBI Director Mueller acknowledges that much of the information implicating the Saudis that the Inquiry investigators ultimately uncovered was unknown to him. Why does Mueller say this? Mostly because Mueller and other FBI officials had purposely tried to keep any incriminating information specifically surrounding the Saudis out of the Inquiry’s investigative hands. To repeat, there was a concerted effort by the FBI and the Bush Administration to keep incriminating Saudi evidence out of the Inquiry’s investigation. And for the exception of the 29 full pages, they succeeded in their effort.

    ...

The 29 pages have been kept secret and suppressed from the American public for fifteen years — not for matters of genuine national security — but for matters of convenience, embarrassment, and cover-up. Executive Order 13526 makes that a crime.

    ...

To be clear, the 9/11 Commission did NOT fully investigate the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Staff Director Philip Zelikow blocked any investigation into the Saudis. Zelikow even went so far as to fire an investigator who had been brought over from the Joint Inquiry to specifically follow-up on the Saudi leads and information uncovered in the Joint Inquiry. I will repeat — the investigator was fired. In addition, Zelikow re-wrote the 9/11 Commission’s entire section regarding the Saudi’s and their connection to the 9/11 attacks. Former 9/11 Commissioners John Lehman, Bob Kerrey, and Tim Roemer have all acknowledged that the Saudis were not adequately investigated by the 9/11 Commission. Thus, for any government official to hang their hat on the 9/11 Commission’s Final Report — when Commissioners, themselves, have admitted that the Saudis were not fully investigated, is absurd and disgraceful.

    ...

Though more notably, the 29 pages do not include information found in the more than 80,000 documents that are currently being reviewed by a federal judge in Florida — 80,000 documents that neither the 9/11 Commission, the Joint Inquiry, the Clinton, Bush, or Obama White House, nor the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia wants us to know about.

    Read the 28 pages carefully..

Saudi students have been coming to the US since the early 1950s.. Other Saudis help them find apartments, open bank accounts and enroll in school.. and, they all have sponsors in Arabia...

Well let's see, the choice is the opinion of an anonymous poster in a mostly anonymous discussion forum or several 9/11 family members who were intimately involved in getting the US government to investigate 9/11, which the Bush administration wanted to avoid at all cost, including urging Sen. Tom Daschle on several occasions not to investigate. That's a tough choice lol.

C'mon Sam, you know most everything about 9/11 is relegated to the "Conspiracy Theory" section, as if everything about it is a conspiracy theory, despite the conspiracy reality of that event. For example, deliberately concealing the 28 pages for over a decade is a real (criminal) government conspiracy at the highest levels.

    You mean the:

That really isn't the case. Pretty much everything in those 28 pages were already known. Those 28 pages came from the FBI notes that have already been disseminated and what was left out from those 28 pages is the 1800 pages of notes in the exact same file about XXXXXX's (other nation blacked out for national security or something) involvement. It is exactly what I posted and unless the purpose of this board is to bring wars all over the Arab/Muslims, it makes zero sense to delete that information.

It is indisputable that Bush and his administration deliberately classified those 28 pages to protect the Saudis and not for national security. Whether the information was already known or not doesn't change that fact. That is an act of treason as defined by Article III Section 3 of the US Constitution.

I would dispute that. I suspect it was just for national security. Needed to keep the Saudi government cooperating. One of our detainees in Guantanamo named three Saudi Princes who supported Al Qaeda and those three princes ended up dead within a few days of each other.

Did you actually read them? Saudis helping other Saudis find apartments and open a bank account has been going on since the 1950s... and having sponsors is the rule not the exception..

You can dispute it all you want but the facts are the facts, there is nothing in those 28 pages that is a matter of national security and the Bush family personal business ties with the Saudis is a well known fact.

Except the Saudis did no such thing, in fact they did just the opposite.

Detainees were mercilessly tortured and nothing they claimed under torture was reliable. In fact the Senate Report on Torture claims that the tortures yielded no useful intelligence. One of the key sources for the 9/11 Commission Report was from a "confession" obtained 3rd party from a detainee who was tortured into signing a "confession" he wasn't allowed to read.

I didn't claim there was anything in those pages that is a matter of national security. But of course, that's why you want to go there. Not alienating the Saudis was the concern of national security.

So in your opinion, national security includes not alienating a potential enemy who may have been complicit in an act of war against the US?

I don't believe Saudi is an enemy. It was a small element within the Saudi family and government that supported Al Qaeda. Just as a small element within all of the Muslim population of the world supports Al Qaeda.

Bush wasn't protecting the Saudis.. He was protecting his chance for an invasion of Iraq. He knew the SAG had nothing to do with 9-11.

And, Bush knew that it was business as usual for Saudis to help other Saudi in the States get settled.. Has been since the 1950s.

Al Bayoumi had five kids and a wife being treated for breast cancer.. They were renting a furnished house.. That's where the 64,000 dollars went.

So I take it the answer is yes then. The "small element within the Saudi family and government" IS the Saudi government. This is what Bush said about that:

“We will make no distinction between the terrorists who committed these acts and those who harbor them.”

“And we will pursue nations that provide aid or safe haven to terrorism. Every nation in every region now has a decision to make: Either you are with us or you are with the terrorists. From this day forward, any nation that continues to harbor or support terrorism will be regarded by the United States as a hostile regime.”

“Every nation has a choice to make. In this conflict, there is no neutral ground. If any government sponsors the outlaws and killers of innocence, they have become outlaws and murderers themselves. And they will take that lonely path at their own peril.”

The above quotes are from the very same guy who obstructed justice by covering up the 28 pages under the false pretext of national security to protect "a small element within the Saudi family and government".

Not exactly, this is the Saudi royal family and the Saudi government in question.

By obstructing justice by concealing 28 pages that could be used to investigate the Saudi funding of 9/11, he was protecting the Saudis, there's no way around that fact. It doesn't matter if his real motive was something else, it doesn't change that fact.

Exactly what part of "I don't believe Saudi is an enemy" do you not understand?

I think the 3 dead Saudi Princes would disagree with your assessment that it was to protect them.

My question has nothing to do with whether you personally believe the Saudis are an enemy or not. Try reading comprehension, I'll repeat the question:

I highlighted the key word for your convenience. Additionally, it was a generic question that did not mention the Saudis.

Now you know what dead people think? Either way, the point has nothing to do with whether the objective was to protect the Saudis or not, obstructing justice in an investigation of ANY particular target serves to protect that target regardless of objective.

Silly, the information was withheld from the public, not the investigators. Here in the US the public doesn't dispense justice.

Actually the FBI withheld (and are still withholding) 27 boxes (80,000 pages of documents, give or take) from Congress and the 9/11 Commission and lied when they told them they gave them everything. A federal judge in Florida is currently reviewing the evidence. The documents are from the FBI's PENTTBOM investigation and are allegedly directly related to the Saudi financing. So we have a case of the investigators withholding critical evidence from Congress and their investigators. What's silly is the above uninformed claim. The US government (including the Bush administration and/or its some of its rogue agencies) obstructed justice in the cover up of the alleged Saudi connection to 9/11.

That's true, the US government dispenses "justice".

The Bush administration did everything in its power to obstruct any investigation of the Saudis and Bin Laden.

Of course it is well known that the Bush family and the Saudi royal family, including the Bin Laden family had extensive business ties.

Bush had no relationship with the Bin Ladens.. They are major players. Bush was a pipsqueak. The Saudis thought Bush was a nincompoop.
