Sorry but it is not my responsibility to justify why the government should protedt a group from discrimination. Rather it is the responsibility of those who would persecute a group to rationalize why they have singled out any group for persecution.

This may come as a big shock but biology and gender identity don't always coincide. If a biological female thinks she is a man and has undergone the surgery and happens to be a rapist it is probably better she use the men's room.

Hermaphrodites have a genetic disability so they would be allowed to use whichever bathroom they wish because of that disability under the disability act.

Tell you what....have your kids learn to define what a transgender looks like and if they see one to find another bathroom, hold it for a minute, and arm them with tazers to protect them from the inevitable sexual assault awaiting them regardless. You might also peek under the stalls yourself to check for vaginal exposure and look for titties on the guy pissing next to you......just to be safe. You might even just ask him/her/it and ask to see their genitals to be absolutely sure.

This is not anywhere near what we are discussing here. These transgenders are not all hermaphrodites and you know it. Majority of them are fully functioning people who simply have something wrong in the brain. Churches are exempt, but if a Christian school wants tax payer money, they can't discriminate, no one is forcing them to take tax payer money
