You argue like an emotional lib that falls back on logical fallacy and thinks it is an argument. So far all you have produced is massive FAIL.
I'm not emotional. You seem to not know that violations of the constitutional rights and constitutional guarantees afforded to citizens are CRIMES against those citizens.
Trump compared black communities NOW to black communities from every year of American history. That is what ‘ever, ever, ever’ means. So it is currently a crime, and was a crime sixty years ago to not allow a citizen of voting age the opportunity to register to vote. It is a crime to threaten, punch, or cut a registered voter who actually tries to vote. It is a crime to have a trial with without an impartial jury. And an all white jury in states that segregated, violated, and brutalized blacks without fear of recourse, is not an impartial jury in our shared universe. It is a crime to to pass state or local laws that require the boards of education to spend more money on each white student than they do on each black student. I already wrote most of this in the OP. If you pretend, again, to not comprehend it, then I'll just have to move on. You might be too far gone.
Funny thing about this is, when people are trying to revitalize criminal communities, the people who live there resist the beatification and the people trying to stop the crime in the area.
I'm not a huge fan of DJT but I do not believe he was talking about the past sufferings and injustices faced by blacks on an individual level but was instead referring to black communities as a whole. There has been an increase of fatherless homes, children out of wedlock, crime and educational attainment have both skewed. There are certainly issues that need to be tackled. The black culture of not "acting white" combined with the failed drug war are two of the issues I find most at fault. The new blatant racism by some vocal blacks will cause them to lose allies, garner enemies, and reinforce racial prejudice on both ends.
So am I and so is every black person who was there to compare the two. And what is all this nonsense pretending that blacks only live in large urban ghettos, regardless? Cherry picking five square blocks in Chicago or Baltimore is racist in itself. Do you think we should judge all whites by how well things are going in Hazard, Kentucky? And there has been a precipitous drop in crime, including homicides.
I am utilizing generalized statistics and am no way attempting to apply anything broadly. It is staggering, looking at the racial breakdown of perpetrators across the United States. My next door neighbor is a black preacher - we have talked about the riots and the grievances of many of these shootings and he made the remark "act like a thug get treated like one". He moved his family from Memphis so his children would have a chance, one is in college for a legal degree the other an honor roll student in high school wanting to be in athletics. I don't agree with loss of life even if it is warranted but an officer has the right to protect themselves. Teaching kids to disrespect and ignore authority and 'buck the system' by being a thug (this applies to kids of all races) is not a way to advance in society. These riots are doing nothing but hurting racial tensions futher.
How many statistics do you have for crimes against black trying to register to vote, or trying to vote. How many statistics are there for prevalence of drug use in racial groups compared to arrests and convictions for drug use? How many statistics are there for crimes against blacks by people like Donald Trump, who didn't rent or sell to black people? How many statistics are there for committing the crime of redlining? How many statistics are there for the crimes committed by sundown towns that exist to this very day? How many statistics are there for the crime of rejecting employment applications just for having the applicant named, Shaniqua or DeQuan?
Sure!! Congress convicted him of all the other counts. They are: Count 1: Violating solicitation and gift ban: Soliciting donations and other things of value on behalf of the Rangel Center from persons or entities with business before him or his Ways and Means Committee. Count 2: Violating code of ethics for government service: Accepting benefits under circumstances that could be construed as influencing the performance of his governmental duties, with respect to soliciting donations and other things of value on behalf of the Charles B. Rangel Center for Public Policy at City College of New York. Counts 4 and 5, merged into one count: Violating postal service laws and franking commission regulations: Mr. Rangel was accused of using his franking privileges for the benefit of a charitable organization and for solicitation of funds. Count 6: Violating House Office Building Commission regulations. Mr. Rangel and his staff drafted solicitation letters on House property. Count 7: Violation of the Purpose Law and the Members Congressional Handbook: Mr. Rangel used House employees and other official House resources for work related to the Rangel Center and used his Congress members allowance to pay expenses related to the Rangel Center. Count 8: Violation of letterhead rule: Mr. Rangel sent letters related to the Rangel Center on House letterhead. Count 9: Violating Ethics in Government Act and House Rule 26: Mr. Rangel submitted incomplete and inaccurate financial disclosure statements, and failed to report or erroneously reported items he was required to disclose under the Ethics in Government Act from 1998 through 2008. In particular, Mr. Rangel amended certain financial disclosure statements only after a House committee began investigating his reporting of income from his Dominican villa. Count 10: Violating code of ethics for government service: Mr. Rangel leased a rent-stabilized apartment on Lenox Terrace in Harlem for residential use only, but was allowed by the landlord, a developer whom Mr. Rangel dealt with in his Congressional capacity, to use the apartment as office space for his campaign committee. The arrangement could be construed as influencing the performance of Mr. Rangels official duties. Count 11: Violating the Code of Ethics for Government Service: Mr. Rangel violated the code by failing to report rental income on his Dominican villa. Count 12: Violating the letter and spirit of House Rules listed above. Count 13: Conduct reflecting discreditably on the House: Mr. Rangels improper solicitations and acceptance of donations for the Rangel Center; his misuse of House staff, letterhead and franking privilege for the Rangel Center solicitations; his failure to file full financial disclosure statement; his failure to report the rental income on his Dominican villa; and his use of his rent-controlled residential apartment for his campaign office all brought discredit to the House. http://www.nbcnewyork.com/news/top-...Rangel_ Ethics_Trial_New_York-108448654.html
No, the present. You and most white nationalists have never had the slightest interest in having a justice system that treats people of all skin colors equally. So the crime statistics that you find so precious are meaningless. And they are rather meaningless, with few exceptions, today, September 23, 2016.
He was convicted three counts, all rather petty, including using congressional stationery for fund raising. Puh-Leeze. After he so courageously saved the lives of a platoon of soldiers, the congress ought to be ashamed for that charade, which was nothing more than a public shaming.
LOL, so you are living in the past. Do you think Jim Crow laws are still on the books? You must. Crime statistics are meaningless? Tell the FBI.
Some Jim Crow laws are still on the books, yes. And many states have passed new ones in the last few years. I started a new thread just for you that deals with your misunderstanding: http://www.politicalforum.com/polit...s-dont-comprehend-about-crime-statistics.html
They are not facts they areyour unsupported opinion. Obeying Jim Crow laws was not a crime. The laws were wrong and needed to be done away with but they were law. Obeying them was not a crime which is why no one was retroactively arrested for violating them before they were struck down. BTW specifically who is a white nationalist
Believe what you want. If you're too stupid to know that the constitution supersedes the Jim Crow laws than it isn't worth wasting any more time. Look in the mirror.
You failed to even follow my point... You mean like when the new black panthers were out harassing voters? Recently I'm not sure any exist against blacks. I agree the drug war needs to end Property managers and facilitators have a risk acessment they preform. If a group, generally, is more likely to disturb other guests, skip out on bills, or present a higher risk to property they will attempt to negate that risk. I disagree with the practice of redlining as a sole means of accessibility The name issue is two fold, I agree mostly that names are irrelevant and shouldn't be used during the course of employment but why would a parent burden their child with such creative-naming? So basically your response is it's everyone else's fault that these cities are being burned to the ground... How's that working out for ya?
To be guilty of harassment, someone has to be harassed. There are exactly ZERO victims of harassment by those two New Black Panther clowns. If you think I'm wrong, produce a name. Because that is how habeus corpus rights have worked since the Magna Carta.
I never met any white nationalists until I joined this forum last week. Now I have met (at least anonymously online) a basket full.
