There were no black communities in the Jim Crow south. They were white communities blacks lived it. White people were in power.

 

I see a city with 800,000 blacks, where some realize a large protest, which—along with thousands of good people—attracts a tiny percentage of people with poor coping skills, who don't know how to channel their anger.

I have a question....considering that the VAST majority of Crimes in black communities are committed by the black people that live there, and they then cry foul when the folks charged with preventing said crime try to deal out the "Justice" you complain of.....what should be done?

I was referring to the world outside my door, my city and most cities in my country. You know the cities that self segregate subconsciously due to a form of racist reality created by both sides through poverty and crime...instead of some fantasy. Black folk tend to stick together for multiple reasons creating areas prone to crime and poverty that everyone else avoids and are not welcome in. Then complain about the segregation and poverty they themselves have created. Business then moves out to avoid damage and theft and take up residence in areas they can profit....leaving only industry or government in the area which they complain about as well.

 

Because of white oppression and white racist behavior and laws creating black ghettos.

The miscegenation rates skyrocketed after white laws criminalizing it were changed.

So in Opposite World, it is the black people who created segregation.

I lived in the west side of Chicago.

One time we had to retrieve a dialysis unit from the projects. We had a police escort.

On what planet is it okay to let 9-year-old girls live their without police escorts when walking to and from school, but we got one for going there once?

Self segregation is just as it sounds, it is not done by decree or law. Black ghettos do not come about because someone decided to create one...they were intitially built as affordable housing and became what they are due to the population that moved there...How stupid do you need to be to believe Please explain to me what "White Criminalizing Laws" are that I might reply accurately.

You didn't state it. The segregation is unnatural. And extremely low miscegenation rate is solely a white imposed oppression.

And you can't pass laws that force people to approve of letting their sons and daughters procreating among blacks or whites.
