I'm sure your ex wife has another side of the story. Lol. - - - Updated - - - Melania is 46 years old. She's no "sugar baby." ROFL.
I can't think of a guy who hasn't given thought to the idea of bedding as many women as possible. It's a tempting idea at times, especially when you're in a committed relationship, but whenever one of my relationships end and I am free to explore that world, I quickly realize just how empty it is. You can never be completely sure if the women you are with are clean or not, and some things you can get even when protecting yourself. It doesn't take long before I miss the closeness of a relationship. One thing I've never done is pay for it. The idea of some girl pretending she likes me just because I'm paying her would be too depressing. - - - Updated - - - Compared to Trump she is.
I feel the same. I would never go out with someone who was using me for something, and I don't care how good looking the person is! That is low on my list of priorities in another person. - - - Updated - - - It seems as though some men consider women to be nothing more than toys for themselves, and some women go along with that for some reason which only validates the men's views of women.
It's actually mutually beneficial at least on an instinctual level. Men are hardwired to seek out the most attractive, fertile females they can find, which usually leads them to women in their early 20's, because they have the best chance of producing healthy offspring compared to older women. Women, on the other hand, seek someone who can provide for them, and that usually leads them to older, well-established and financially secure men. Those women are being used, yes, but they are using him in return.
Well, I don't think age equals beauty anyways. Look at me. I'm almost 40 and I look better than a lot of 20 year olds! TRUTH!
I would never date a guy in his 20s. To me, that is just asking for trouble and drama, both of which I can do without.
Maybe it's the "less baggage" thing that men find more appealing about younger women in their 20s, but that's not always the case either. I mean, just look at the millennial generation as a whole? Safe spaces and making Youtube videos of themselves crying and stuff. Good grief. For myself, I just would feel ridiculous dating what a consider to be basically a child (I have a son in his early 20s, for gawd's sake!). Lol. I see my son's friends, and in no way am I attracted to them, especially after conversing with them for a few minutes. Maybe there is something to be said of some men being attracted to "child like" qualities?
I actually see a lot of guys my age looking for older women because they are less likely to want kids, more likely to have their own money, less clingy and dependent, etc. Younger girls in the 18-24 range generally have a lot of problems with these things (and other things). Even worse in the late 20's-early 30's, when "baby rabies" kicks in and girls are on the hunt, at war with their biological clock.
What's the selfish gene? - - - Updated - - - Unless they've already had babies maybe. I'm a bit older than that age group, but I wouldn't want any babies. Been there, done that.
From a biological standpoint, it is more beneficial for a woman to have kids before she reaches 35. After that age the risk of having unhealthy children increases as the woman approaches menopause.
It is all a matter of definition and no single rule applies. With the sb relationships I have, we spend a lot of time together not having sex. It is much like a regular dating relationship. And you aren't paying by the hour. You are helping with their life directly or indirectly. For example, I basically put number one through college.
Yes, after my brush with death I decided it was time to take care of me for a change. Is there a problem with being happy? Should I have pulled the trigger instead of finding way to be happy? Should I beat on drums and chant with a bunch of other middle age men [what my counselor actually recommended] and just wait to die? Sex is a big part of it. I know a lot of women try to shame men for wanting sex but we are made that way. But the reason for going with sbs instead of escorts is that we have to actually enjoy being together. Number one was always welcome whether we were having sex or not. I just loved being with her. Sometimes we didn't have sex if she wasn't feeling well. Also, unlike escorts, we date before having sex.
Of course she did. But we proved otherwise in court. How do you think they met? How do you think so many of these really rich men find wives 20 or 30 years younger?
Well, the first thing to understand is that the emphasis is on "gene," in the sense that our genes seek to reproduce. That is the purpose of all life, after all. I think that most of us are not accustomed to thinking of life in this way, but it's important to evolutionary biology. Under this concept, we and other forms of life are essentially "vehicles" for our genes to succeed in replicating themselves (in our offspring). The Selfish Gene is looking out for itself and we, its product, are the tool for getting that done. It all fits into the older, established idea of survival of the fittest. Does that make sense? It's a book, and Dr. Dawkins has also explained it personally: He's also the man behind memetics: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memetics and in fact, this is also featured in that book.. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Selfish_Gene
That has nothing to do with it. I work my ass off to find rewarding relationships. And no doubt, with the age gap it takes a lot of work to find that special connection; which is true regardless of age. That's why I didn't care much for escorts and went with sbs. It is a mutually beneficial relationship with someone you care about. As I mentioned early, the one couple on CNN had been together for over 15 years. That's longer than a lot of marriages last. In my opinion, my ex wife was more a prostitute than the women I see now. At least they are honest about their motives.
So it isn't surprising that our mental health can be tied directly our sex life. I thought I could live without sex. I thought I could focus on my work and the property and be happy. Turns out it wasn't possible. Slowly but surely I lost the will to live. And I didn't even know why until after I got laid. Only in retrospect is it all clear. One other thing unique to sb relationships is that they can be monogamous. I am always monogamous with the woman I'm seeing but don't demand that they are. I don't want to interfere with their dating life. And some women have a second sd Turns out, the most important component of the sugar relationship is honesty. In fact, in many ways they are more honest than traditional relationships. You both have to be completely honest about your expectations and needs if its going to work. It is refreshing. It is more honest than many marriages.
But sex is the primary reason you are getting into these arrangements. If they weren't letting you have sex with them, you wouldn't be giving them money. Likewise, if you weren't giving them money, they wouldn't be letting you have sex with them. I get that you want to pretend this is something other than a john+prostitute situation, but it's not.
I don't see a significant difference between an escort and an "sbs". They are both offering the same basic service in exchange for money, the only difference is one pretends they are your girlfriend while the other doesn't.
Would you marry someone who wouldn't have sex? Would you want a sexless dating life? Sex is a major component of most relationships [the good ones!]. This is no different.
