Reason, and logic dictate this. I don't need a person to tell me.

We have a separation of make and females for a multitude of reasons including the sex appeal we are biologically made to be. It can't be helped. So we negate those uncomfortable feelings in public by separating us in vulnerable situations such as using the restroom. To compare race to it shows your lack of critical thinking.

Today it's bathrooms, tomorrow it's showers. It's also impossible to know who actually is transgender and who's a pervert. And no we should not make it easy on perverts just because some will do it anyways.

Europe has lots of same sex bathrooms. To admit your "vulnerability" demonstrates your puritan repressive sexuality. LOL

It's not just me, it's every human being including yourself. It's inherent. Science supports this, you would look less foolish if you did your research.

And what Europe does is of no concern. Are you such a sheep that because they do it you think it's inherently right?

They are, they are just forcing people to be uncomfortable so that transgenders and perverts can be comfortable. Your lack of critical thinking is astounding. Baby steps.

You have yet to explain why a transgenders feeling of being comfortable is more important than a little girls.

Or they have moved beyond your laughable Victorian attitudes. I hope you are fighting to force women to cover their legs. Men can not control these overwhelming urges and it makes them uncomfortable. LOL

No they simply are doing wrong by forcing people to be uncomfortable. The controversy is there as well. You just refuse to see that which shows you wrong.

Using the restroom and showing leavage are 2 very different things. One is consenting lol. Again your comparison is false. But you know that. More lack of critical thinking.

You also haven't answered why the transgender is so bigoted as to feel uncomfortable around his own sex, and feels the need to make others uncomfortable by using the incorrect bathroom? See how your own argument works against you? I'm sure you do lololol.

These repressive Victorian attitudes must overwhelm you at times. Prudes will always find something controversial. Same sex bathrooms are becoming more popular in America now too. Women love them ....imagine not having to wait in a line of thirty women while men have no line at all. But we must protect these very fragile creatures. The next thing you know they will have women dancing....swaying their body t=in a sexy manner....how will men be able to control themselves! You poor vulnerable soul. LOL

Our first amendment rights are broad enough to make ANYONE "uncomfortable".

Whether you are "comfortable" is the most bogus measure imaginable for denying civil rights.

Where did you get that idea???

    Seriously.

Tell me where you got that idea.

    I want to know.

No they don't love them that's exactly why they are fighting so hard against them. But you still dodge the question. Why exactly is the transgenders feeling of being comfortable more important than everyone elses?

    - - - Updated - - -

It's called reason and logic as I have outlined thoroughly above for this particular issue.

Transgender snow flakes don't get to feel comfortable at everyone else's expense.

No I just know that a transgenders feeling of being comfortable is not more important than everyone elses. Only Victorian attitudes like yourself believes that the minority is more important than the majority.

Because your discomfort is unwarranted. In a balance of rights one must make the case that their rights are being violated. I can not say you wearing a Christian cross makes me feel uncomfortable so you must take it off. Stop being so fragile buddy

When did you come up with the idea that the government is responsible for your feelings?

Usually, we think of the government as defending rights.

What would you suggest that someone do if they don't feel comfortable with you?

Perhaps you are unaware that the bill of rights was DESIGNED to protect the minority from the majority

The transgenders discomfort is unwarranted. Do you not see your own hypocrisy?

And I'm not religious. I'm just smart.

Only when they need protecting. You are using it to attack. Not protect.

No it is not. At least not to a judge. But you are certainly entitled to your own very fragile opinion

You haven't been paying attention to what I've been saying. The entire argument on behalf of the transgender is based on making him comfortable. At everyone else's expense. So it's not a civil right to use whatever bathroom he wants. It's a special privilege.

    - - - Updated - - -

It's factual. Based on reason and logic. The transgenders feeling on being uncomfortable is unwarranted if the females is. Your own hypocrisy shines bright.

No it is a right. Your discomfort in the bathroom is ridiculous and unwaranted

    - - - Updated - - -

It is your opinion based on your repressed Victorian morality.

Yes it is, the transgender feeling of being comfortable can't be warranted, if everyone else's is not warranted. This is objective fact. You are simply hypocritical and believe only the transgender matters. It it not a civil right to use whatever bathroom you want. It is a special privilege.

And it's not opinion. It's fact. Your own Victorian morality, which you are projecting, says one person is warranted while another isn't for the same issue. You are simply wrong.

Simply untrue. This applies to all civil rights. The black person's feelings of being left out of the all white school override the feelings of the kids at the school who will be uncomfortable having a black classmate. Sorry.

False. The issue is equal treatment under the law.

If the constitution were oriented to equal COMFORT under the law, we would have a very different nation.

We can design bathroom facilities to be equal for all.

Race is a seperate issue than gender. I've already outlined above why you simply ignore it. But your lack of comprehending that which proves you wrong is not equal to you not being wrong. As you are, and I have objectively proved your hypocrisy.

It is not a civil right to use whatever bathroom you want, it is a special privilege. This is objective.

    - - - Updated - - -

Bathrooms need to be different, because we use them differently. Your ideology does not hold up to reality.

The transgenders feeling of being comfortable is not more important than everyone elses.

Of course judges disagree with you as they should. Your ridiculous fears and snowflake fragility is no basis for denying rights. It is hilarious

It's not a right, it's a special privilege. And judges have been wrong before as many are now.

Your own admitted hypocrisy shows this. The transgenders feeling of being uncomfortable is unwarranted, it has to be if everyone else's is to. Your own argument defeated you LOL.
