Using whatever bathroom you want because of how you feel at that time is not a civil right, it's a special privilege.

Getting restitution for things you do not experience, from people who have done no wrong to you is not a civil rights, its a special privilege.

To expect to be able to use any bathroom you want based on how you currently feel, while everyone else can't...to expect to use the incorrect bathroom to make yourself feel more comfortable at the cost of others being uncomfortable, is objectively a special privilege.
