The Republicans can't do anything, because they have a severe ideological split.

And we shouldn't rely on single party majorities to get anything done.

So some Democrats and some Republicans have to work together.

They're going to pay for it in 2018.

Yea...they're split between taking healthcare away from 15 million and taking it away from 30 million.

What they're NOT split on is giving the rich a huge taxcut with the money they steal from healthcare

Wrong. That's what the CBO has stated this disaster will do.

They're split between those who believe that the Federal government should have some level of involvement and those who don't.

Those who do? Clearly your ideological allies, so work with them. Otherwise, you give them no choice but to work with the semi-libertarian wing.

Because Obamacare is a mess. So was what came before it.

Conservatives cried ad nauseum about paying for other people's healthcare, especially for ER visits.

So Obama said that everyone would have to have their own or pay a penalty. Trying to rid the problem right?

And what does the right do? B*tch and complain some more.

What do you think would happen with Trumpcare?

No one voted for ObamaCare repeal.

The vote was to debate the ObamaCare repeal and replacement bills.

You have no idea what you are talking about. Before Obama, I was looking at affordable low deductible plans on the private market and all that disappeared when he started acting like a healthcare czar.

The only guy I know who has pre-existing conditions still couldn't get help after 8 years of Obama. You...know...nothing. I bet you are in college sequestered from real life.

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/john-boehner-says-republicans-apos-114937871.html

Here we are, seven months into this year, and yet they’ve not passed this bill. Now, they’re never, they’re not going to repeal and replace Obamacare,” Boehner said in a speech last week. “It’s been around too long. And the American people have gotten accustomed to it. Governors have gotten accustomed to this Medicaid expansion, and so trying to pull it back is really not going to work.”

I wonder if it has anything to do with a campaign ran by a man who promulgated conspiracy theories about liberals? Nah, couldn't be.

Certainly didn't help. Neither did the 8 years of obstructionist Republicans who demonized Obama as a Kenyan Muslim Reptilian that wanted to destroy America.

People don't realize that they're still going to pay for the healthcare of others, but this way the cost control elements of Obamacare aren't there to hinder ER bills out the a$$

    Sure.

I don't think this belief was very pervasive in the halls of power.

But I'm certainly no Alex Jones fan.

Without specifics as to what type of plan this "guy" you speak of bought into, how the hell can anyone debate what you are claiming. Provide specifics or don't bother responding. You did not give specifics in any of the content of your post, so I cannot take you at your word.

    And which "ones" are those?

As far as i know there's ONE..Susan Collins. The rest value tax cuts for the rich over healthcare for 30 million people

It's better then lies from Obama. Thank God he's gone. I didn't save $2500 a year as he said I would after he sold his....utopia. My insurance costs have quadrupled. You can believe the utopia politicians preachings but people in the real world know what's goiing on.

Try and take a critical look at Republican voting, and I mean a really critical look.

Ask yourself, why hasn't Obamacare been repealed for half a year by now?

Many Republicans understand the disaster that Ryan is trying to walk them into.

And you're in luck, because unlike Ryan, Trump is no ideologue. Whatever deal the Democrats make with moderate Republicans? Trump will sign the bill and boast about his amazing success, and the whole world can move on.

I have zero interest in going down the rabbit hole of who's conspiracy theories are more outlandish. I remember the Bush years.

And another front page breaking news top story from the OP elitedaily.com page you link to as your source is:

Why Guys Need To Go On More Man Dates

It must have taken the OPer hours of searching to find that obscure a source to attack McCain with.
