It's not that safe if they get deported 20 times

It's not safe because these lib judges keep letting him out of jail. This guy should have been doing 20 years or more before his last crime spree.

So you would rather he stay in the country? Make up your mind

After his 5th deportation and criminal act he probably shouldn't of been released from jail.

He keeps coming back, 20 times. Committing new crimes each time. How much is enough?

Not really, I'd rather a rattlesnake bite him while in the desert with no one around to help, but being he is in jail now for raping an old lady he can stay here in prison until he dies for all I care. Build that wall. Enough games

Then why didn't the federal government have him improsioned? Immigration is a federal law enforcement issue, not a states one.

This is what president Obama brought us.

Illegally in the county 19 times with zero prosecutions for it.

He has been arrested 13 times.

Sergio can’t seem to decide what line of criminal activity best suits him. His criminal record includes burglary, battery, theft, hit & run, reckless driving, possession of meth, multiple instances of escape, reckless endangerment and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He has been jailed in Oregon and California.

Following his arrest for THESE crimes
, Martinez was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on numerous charges. In line with their policy of protecting illegal alien criminals, the authorities refuse to release information about Martinez’s nationality. He is suspected of being involved in more than just these two assaults.

IN ONE DAY MARTINEZ COMMITS SIX CRIMES
Martinez faces charges of multiple counts of 1st-degree robbery, 1st-degree kidnap, 2nd-degree assault, 1st-degree burglary, 1st-degree sodomy and 1st-degree sex abuse. In the past year, Martinez has faced charges in regards to drugs, trespassing, possession of a stolen vehicle and reckless endangerment.

It means they also don't seriously prosecute as part of their sanctuary policy.

They had a detainer issued and probably a warrant but sancuary cities released the man without informing ICE.

All bank robbers are caught by the locals but are charged with a federal crime and prosecuted by the feds. Locals don't seem to mind this cooperation.

Yes we do. Arrested for a massive list of felonies 13 times. "Sanctuary" also means not imprisoning.

He was deported 20 times. That means the Feds had 20 opportunities to put him in jail. Why are you blaming someone else for their failure?

    Apples and sky scrapers.

Or even prosecuted seriously for the crimes he had already committed.

Literally, there is discrimination against citizens big time. If a citizen commits a crime, the citizen is sent to prison. If an illegal immigrant commits a crime, in most Democrat areas they are either released on a nothing bond - openly they leave to another area to not be arrested when they don't show up for trial - of be deported - for which when the criminal comes across the border he will then go to a different city or state to avoid being arrested on the other warrant.

Be a citizen and commit a crime? Go to prison. Be an illegal migrant and commit a crime - be set free or deported - and then just come back still free. That is the story of this guy and sanctuary cities.

There is virtually no punishment under federal law for being in the country illegally. He should have been prosecuted under state laws for all the felonies he committed. But he wasn't. He was set free. You or I wouldn't have been. We would have been sent to prison because we are Americans (assuming you are).

Why would states pay to house and feed an illegal immigrant, costing their tax payers hundreds of thousands of dollars? Illegal immigrants are Federal responsibility.

No it doesn't. Why would I ask Obama anything? Trump is president.

They're reimbursed. Secondly, so their citizens don't get raped and murdered.

Because being in the country illegally isn't a criminal offence but a civil one with the punishment of being sent back to the aliens country of origin
now if you want them locked up instead write your congressman to have the laws changed

That has nothing to do with sanctuary city laws

If they don't release info how's he getting deported? It's possible he's not going to jail for those crimes because of the deportation.
