    I think it does. I have a feeling that criminal history of illegal immigrants isn't checked. They don't do a national check. Don't ask don't tell.

    do you purposely play stupid or is that your reality?
    ICE called the jail after the jail ran his prints on the FBI data base which then gave a red flag to ICE informing them the jail has a repeat illegal entry offender in their custody.
    ICE contacted the jail to hold him and give them a call once the jail is finished with him for the reason he was in jail so they can then pick him up and ship him back across the border
    but because the sanctuary city policy was not to cooperate with ICE they ignored that request and released him back into the public no call no holding him for ICE.
    Now if it wasn't for that policy they would have held the illegal alien for ICE to pick up and deport there for not released back into the public so not to rape that elderly women

    Entering the US without a visa and reentering after deportation are both criminal offenses.......

    No because if the city cooperated with ICEs request to hold him and give them a call before release he wouldn't have been put back on the street to rape that elderly women

    HE HAS BEEN ARRESTED IN OREGON 13 TIMES. Sergio can’t seem to decide what line of criminal activity best suits him. His criminal record includes burglary, battery, theft, hit & run, reckless driving, possession of meth, multiple instances of escape, reckless endangerment and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. All state crimes adjudicated in the Oregon judicial system. The federal govt did their job and deported him.

    That he arrived in a sanctuary city after being deported so many times elsewhere is... coincidence?

    That the police turned him loose instead of handing him over to be deported again has nothing to do with that very policy?

    The interesting thing is that by taking US jobs, illegal immigrants commit a crime that's incredibly serious and devastating in and of itself.

    They take the bread out of the mouths of citizens.

    We have to spend 30k/year on feeding and housing per illegal? I'm not down for that.

    As has been suggested, there must be MASSIVE penalties on businesses for employing illegals, and the countries south of us must similarly be held accountable if they continue to push their flotsam across our borders. It should not be OUR job to deal with THEIR criminals.
