Special Counsel Robert Mueller has impaneled a grand jury in Washington to investigate Russia’s interference in the 2016 elections, a sign that his inquiry is growing in intensity and entering a new phase, according to two people familiar with the matter.

Yes a new phase....the phase where the criminals start to get indicted and the snitches start talking. President better get his pardon pen ready. Also better hope no state charges come, as he can't pardon for those.

Yup. Grand Jury impanelled. What does this mean? It means that a sound, serious investigation is underway. This takes all the blowhard wind out of the sails of the "it's a witch hunt" and "it's just butthurt over losing the election" crowd. It is now guaranteed to be a legitimate, serious investigation, and it got to this point due to the seriousness of the evidence gathered so far.

 

The first Grand Jury was empaneled about 6 or 7 weeks ago. Conservatives just ignored it.

You can deny it and pretend it's a "nothingburger" all you want to. It won't mean anything. Mueller would not be proceeding to this if he had no evidence to present.
