    because it a different situation you have crowds running around hitting and chasing folks that car could of been fleeing a group and they just jumped in the seats injured and wanting to go to the hospital for their injuries

    There's usually an investigation, then, if there's a perpetrator found, they usually end up arrested, & either plea out, or go to trial.

    This may be hard for a right-wing sympathizer of racists to undestand, but those people saw the terrorist trying to murder a large group of people with a vehicle and were running to help those people.

    That's what non-sociopaths tend to do. You hear screaming, you see people hurt, you try to help.
