The review section went from 1,856 and a 2.5 avg to 711 and a 3.5 avg to 400 something and a 4.9 avg all within about 4 hours, and every time reviews were removed, her book rating went up. The screenshots are all throughout this thread. Nevermind on putting 2 and 2 together, it was a simple task you failed.
