I'm pretty sure that I already did. He wrote about it, and referenced his anger with ms Reno et al. So, pretty sure, asked, and answered. I would suggest that he was pre-convinced to carry out the attack on the federal building. I doubt that the potential of small kids in day care ever entered into the conversation. Unless you feel that you can cite a credible source to the contrary, playing this silly game is futile.

If this person was converted and became militant, help us understand how this could not have happened. It's too easy to say facts not in evidence, (BTW I've said that a couple times already), but you're the one suggesting your personal knowledge of the person and the incident transcends the normative or otherwise public data so far. Feel free to explain your deep knowledge of "these evil people" targeting "innocents" as if those in the crowd at the Jason Aldean concert weren't?

 

Why do you think your opinion of what is necessary has any meaning as to the limits of my rights?

His guns were already highly illegal and that didn't stop him.

If the answer is "no guns" that is not a possibility

I have no idea what you're talking about. What personal knowledge do I have of what "person"? And what about the people in the crowd at the concert? Are you saying they did something to deserve this?

We are trying to make future similar events, or even wholly unrelated events wherein guns were used inappropriately to cause death or severe injury, less likely.

The main reason - from my point of view - for limiting access to firearms is because of the death and injury that results, right? That I am not pushing gun control because I want the government to have the ability to make unreasonable demands or just because I want to personally cause you financial or physical harm?

Will you agree that is a worthy goal and that discussions of firearms resulting in death or injury is not automatically "a fallacious appeal to emotion, ignorance, and/or dishonesty?"

If not, there's no point in continuing.

Just so I know somebody else has seen this. We all thought we heard 2 shooters. But they just say 1 and constantly show an image with a busted out window. Here is a link to a quick fox report, where they screw up and show 2 broken windows in the background

 

I don't think people using this argument are thinking it through either....

Can you imagine if 200 people in the crowd were carrying pistols and all started just ripping rounds up towards the hotel window they thought was it?
