    It's somewhat fair to say, yes, and to say that most murderers are liberal. Why? Liberals have become so anti- Christian that many America's no longer have a moral code or basic philosophy by which to live. In that position murder and many other crimes, including suicide, become much more possible. What have liberals offered in place of religion? Nothing; certainly nothing that remotely promises eternity in heaven with loved ones in return for living a Godly life.

    he said flying a plane was boring, true conservatives are not that much of thrill seekers they tend to play it safer like i do.gambling 10 of thousands on poker game is way extreme and he love the rush it appears.

    He wasn't religious or political in any way that's known currently. You would be well advised to quit making things up and just go where the verified facts take you.

    There's no indication at this point that he had any political or religious motive. All we know is that he was shooting at country music fans. Was that intentional? Or was it just a convenient date and the country music fans were just randomly chosen.

    Everything we've seen so far shows this guy was intelligent and the act was meticulously planned. That leads me to believe the target (country music fans) were chosen intentionally.

    I don't like what the Left is doing to this nation but I also know that they are not the only ones who no longer believe in the Christian God or in much of anything anymore; and I am disinclined to pin any blame for this on either the Left or the Right. Personally I was surprised at how many Right of Center posters profess to be atheists. Times, they are ah changing.

    He was very obviously insane. He took it out on innocent people. Aside from that, data insufficient. My point, though, is that unless police find something really interesting in his background, he doesn't at this time seem to be anything more than just a nutcase; no ties to ISIS -- despite what they are claiming -- and no ties to the KKK and no ties to ANTIFA. He was -- so far as we know -- just a lone nutter and he wasn't 'inspired' by anything to the Right or to the Left. He was just a whacko so far as we know.

    why not reread OP point of which was to say that if had been religious he would not have killed. Do you understand?

    Inquisitors were intensely religious, as were the people who burned the witches at Salem.

    Heck, the bible is full of gratuitous murders. I wouldn't let a child read it.

    "Being religious" doesn't mean "being good". It just means that one follows a dogma decided by an organized religion of man.

    Some guy in another thread concluded that he was in matters of breaking off with his life partner, who was travelling in her native Phillipines at the time of the massacre. He wired her 100 grands like days ago. Maybe it was a likewise domestic drama - it can't be just booze; just the time it takes to haul such an arsenal to his suite would have been enough to sober up.

    Truth is - I have no idea what happened. I hope his companion will help shed some light on this.

    being religious means for example, "Thou shalt not kill. THe Las Vegas shooter killed. Do you understand now?
