Unlike the President, most Americans know NFL kneelers aren't protesting the flag

I take it you've never been to an NFL football game before and/or just can't afford to go to one these days, eh?

Have you ever gone to a game? Or do you just no believe that people value the flag and the anthem over highly paid athletes?

People already believe it because it is the truth.

I never said or implied that only blacks faced a few bad police. In fact, my original comment "disproportionately affecting minorities" would necessarily include other reaces, including white people.

And what in the holy **** are you talking about with the "not addressing the assaults on the cops themselves?" Setting aside that these NFL players do make comments in support of police and against people who legitimately assault police officers, are you seriously asking them to protest criminals?

That's not even a protest or a legitimate grounds for a protest because being "anti-criminal" is the cultural and legal norm.

While I can and do appreciate the notion that the period during which the anthem plays is sacred for some, that flag and anthem also represent the respect for the right of other people to disagree by refusing to act "appropriately."

And ultimately there is never an "appropriate" time to protest. It almost can't be by definition because if you want to protest something, to make a statement that goes against the cultural and legal norms, a statement that gets noticed and hopefully affects change? Then you have to disrupt other people's lives and expectations for what should normally be the case.

No, I am just watching Trump start a campaign by actively promoting the racist theory the black president wasn't born in america, then launching a presidential campaign by actively calling Mexicans rapists and murderers, by calling an American born judge inherently biased due to his Mexican parents, by attacking a good star family and implying that the brown Muslim woman couldn't speak, openly refusing to disavow David duke of the kkk, calling for a ban of all Muslims, actively promoting and aligning himself with the alt-right and white nationalists, and then calling neo-nazis some very fine people.

And that entire list just came from the top of my head as I wrote it.

Seriously. You can look at that list and think, "no pattern of racism there?"

I can look at that list and see a pattern of a very impressionable and open to persuasion mind. Almost everything you stated was false, and the rest was a false narrative painted by our media.

Dont expect zero attendence at NFL games before we can say that the black protests are hurting the product

The owners worry about any decline in the popularity of their business

its the latter, they cant believe people want the flag respected and people standing during their anthem. Its why they lost the election. They know nothing about the real world because they never leave the safety of their leftist sanctuaries. Its exactly like when hillary made her deplorable comment. She thought everyone felt that way when in reality that comment drove the last nail into her election loss coffin. She was shocked to see our response just like the left is with the NFL kneeling scumbags.

You would whine if they did or you would just change the channel and complain they have nothing to complain about.

So you would have preferred that the handful of NFL kneelers went on a looting and burning spree. Geezus, Steve.

I'm a patriotic American. They didn't disrespect me. I had an uncle who was a POW in the Bataan Death March. President Trump disrespected his memory. That didn't bother you "patriots" one bit.

No that would be the public's artificial manipulation of private industry wealth.....and why shouldn't they. The NFL is a non-profit organization, I think their status needs to be reviewed.

Learn a little about American history, you know, like real adults do.
In 1943, the SCOTUS already ruled that not standing for the national anthem or the pledge was not unconstitutional nor was it illegal, nor was is disrespectful.

The very fact that you deign to think that you are capable of lumping some black people into an intelligent category, as opposed to the others, says nothing about this subject, but it says a great deal about your own personal and very blatant racism. What a shame for you.

This is the argument that most white supremacists make in order to hide their own ugliness, just so that you know what kind of company you keep.
Adolph would be very proud of you. I, however, am not.

Part of your sig is something about math triumphing over propaganda. I don't have to be a math major to know that when attendance, fan numbers, and ad revenue drops, ultimately the salaries will as well. Something about less revenue equals less money all around, or something like that. Perhaps you have more insight into this beyond "LOL"? If so, please share.

The Supreme Court doesn't have jurisdiction over my opinions.

Funny how you ignore important points. These aren't random people. They are role-models and participants in the ceremony. If forty people in the stands sat during the ceremony, no one would care.
