My opinion is that its a Democrat manufactured attempt to use weaponized sexual assault claims against a Republican in hopes of winning a critical seat in the Senate.

No, actually I haven't.

You can't sue someone for access to their property in this type of case. Nobody is disputing who owns the darn thing. It's her yearbook so you can't force her to share it.

What you have is a process called discovery whereby evidence must be submitted, but you have to actually sue *for* something to get to discovery. He would have to do something such as sue her for slander which would be unwise (not to mention it would be weeks, if not months, before he got any access).

 

Most of them talk like they're okay. What about Moore or Trump's victims?
