    Turmeric tabs 3 times a day relieves a lot of inflammation over time - cheap and probably even good for you. ;-)

    I had an unexpected early day so I hit the range for some sporting clays with one of my apprentices. Had the whole place to ourselves.

    I go to an indoor range monthly, and I try to make it in the middle of a weekday so it is not as crowded and no wait. I am not due for another couple of weeks.

    I have found that the no-name gallon water jugs work just fine. I only use these occasionally to a gallon lasts a long time in my fridge.

    For pain of any kind, such as from overexertion, I take an aspirin or two.

    If it's worse, then I'll take an ibuprofen or two.

    The problem usually goes away overnight.

    Indoor ranges lack the stress training. Good for marksmanship or to test out some reloads but pretty far from a real life scenario. Although my range has an interactive shoot where a movie is played on a screen and it records shooting the perp or an innocent bystander.

    Zyflamend is even better--best anti-inflammatory I've ever tried. First found it in a natural healing vitamin shop in Maine.

    Indoor ranges are more safe.

    You stay behind the firing line, and you flip a switch to move your target back and forth.

    The only thing I use outdoor ranges for anymore is sighting-in my 5.56x45 carbine and my 300 RUM hunting rifle.

    I decided on a grilled cheese sandwich for supper.

    I'll make a small bowl of soup in addition later. It will be seafood & vegie soup.

    foods are a natural medication, but not everyone eats at macdonalds like myself and have unfortunately become dependent upon unnatural medications.

    if somehow we could remove the consent of people who don't eat healthy, they would be forced to adopt healthier eating habits for fear of the horrible consequences. (4:36)

    I just finished eating the soup.

    I checked out how Turmeric grows. I figure if I can grow some up here, I will. I can grow it in pots and anything I don't harvest can go dormant in the pot that I bring it in for the winter and can produce for the next year. Sounds like a winner plus its a nice looking plant for the deck. lol
