I didn't grow up eating fast food. Fast food was a luxury at the time. A novelty that was seen as not affordable. We ate greens, beans, fruit, macaroni and more fish than meat. It was a cooking roll over from the Depression that my family stuck with. I still cook like that today. We like it.
The most fast food we get is pizza and I like the pizza places buffalo wings as long as they don't put the sauce on it. I like the sauce on the side lol. Maybe once every 2 months we will order that. Otherwise I make my own pizza. Sometimes Ill buy the dough because pizza dough is a high gluten flour and its just not the same with bread dough.
I ate at McDonalds about 3 years ago on the way home from a trip I had to take. A day later I was puking sick. That lasted for 3 days. Nothing to throw up. Throwing up blanks. If Im throwing up, something is really wrong. I don't throw up. Its rare. McDonalds poisoned me. Im sick thinking what bastard in that place poisoned me. Probably someone who took a crap and didn't wash their hands. That thinking didn't help matters at all.

I do not like the new feature where a poster cannot wipe clean
a post.It stays up and the user must backtrack the words off but
cannot post a reply until that numbered post is used.

Let me enlighten you, foolie. See the little icon that looks like a floppy disk? After deleting text you decided not to post, hit that button and choose DELETE DRAFT and it will go away.

That hint will be $4.99 plus tax.

Also, some Asian grocery stores sell large bags of turmeric at reasonable prices (and other great spices as well).

Grilled cheese is one of my major fall-back meals. And there are so many kinds of cheese to choose from....

For breakfast, my favorite is French toast--bread soaked to soggy in an egg-milk mix and pan cooked gently until almost custardly in texture...

The area to delete a draft is where Smartie said. The top bar area of the post that is the floppy disk icon. If you do use the 'Delete Draft' feature, the text doesn't immediately delete. You have to refresh the page.

You can buy the concentrate, curcumin, from several sources on Amazon or any supplement site. The stuff is inexpensive. A friend who is a health nut says this is the one supplement he would take if he could only take one - he takes a gob of everything.

Not to rain on anybody's parade, but tumeric has some serious side effects for some people. Check it out carefully before jumping on that wagon. :reading:

thats the problem with todays generation, there is no immunity for bacteria and disease. eating at macdonalds regularly helps you build immunity from the e coli in fecal matter, when employees fail to wash their hands.

macdonalds is todays depression era food, because it literally treats depression and is very cheap. give it another try sometime, maybe you'll learn to love it.

So McDonald's Worldwide popularity is suspect.
Because of all those who end up sick or reeking of bacteria-laden
    fast food.
    I don't Tink so.It's popular because it's fast,cheap and convenient.
McDonalds had very high standards as far as quality control.
Why would you { or anyone } tink ... udderwise.
