Amazingly enough Sen Dick Turban and the Democrats wants to bring more and more Luis Bracamontes into the country. Why? More Democrat underclass society votes that depend on the Democrats and the taxpayers to survive. I'll never forget a guy shopping with his wife in a State of California Agency uniform shirt. When they got to the check-stands with two overflowing carts, they went to separate lines. She pulled out books of food stamps (back when they came in tear out books). This guy works for a state of California agency making good money and they're getting a cart full of food on the taxpayers? It's just frightening just how many people that are gaming the system at taxpayers expense.

Luis Bracamontes gamed the system too, being deported multiple times and like a Dick Durbin boomerang, just kept coming back until he killed two law enforcement officers. There was no doubt the chump was guilty, even his lawyer said so. Should he get the death penalty, it should happen immediately after the verdict. Take 'em out in the courtyard, put 'em on his knees and one shot to the head....save the law abiding taxpayers a few hard earned bucks.

What is true is that the massive population of illegals, protected now by the offensive "sanctuary state" status, has combined to pull California down to the level of being home to the highest poverty rate in the Nation, according the Census Data.

Towards this case, the problem with the death penalty is that it will never be carried out in California. A sentence of death will result in far higher costs to taxpayers than simply LWOP. At least with LWOP, there is a chance the scumbag could be killed by a fellow inmate.
