3 years for killing his neighbor. The officer was also drunk when it happened. Shot him twice in the head.

If that’s your idea of, “Putting someone away” then we have very different opinions. This worthless pile of **** should have been executed, yet 3 years is all he will get.

If I were to do that how long do you think I’d spend in prison? Definitely not 3 years.

There’s two levels of Justice, one for the peons, and one for politicians and law enforcement.

Yeah, they're rare here too because the police are very pro-active on it and the crooks know it.

Pure silliness, cherry picking one story and acting like it is the norm. Do you work for CNN?

There was a burglary ring operating here and the police set up a sting and staked it out. The burglars arrived and broke in, and the cops moved in and arrested them all.

I would think that someone with the user name "MrLegal" would know the difference between a constitutional right to freedom of religion and a Tax law for a church..

regardless both of our solutions would have the same end result.. yours would never have any support and is a pipe dream..

and 20 years ago I'm sure the people of Venezuela felt just like you do now and say you are crazy thinking 20 years from now we will be starving living under a tyrannical government and no way to remove that government because they confiscated our guns

So you suggest that more people die from assault rifle wounds than die from abortions?

Could you provide the addresses for the campaign headquarters as well to make it easier to donate to them?

False. Apparently, you would do nothing to reduce the astronomical level of firearm massacres in America.

A vast majority of Americans would not surrender to the carnage.

    False.

At least 15,549 people were killed by guns in the United States in 2017, excluding most suicides, according to data collected by Gun Violence Archive (GVA), a nonprofit organization that tracks media and law enforcement reports of shootings. The number, which marks a 3 percent increase over the previous year, offers an early indication that the recent rise in gun deaths recorded by federal agencies is continuing.

I feel that way about anyone trying to take away my weapons, or my freedom, and the current president not carringb that the Russians tried to take away our freedom and him only caring that his ego was not bruised if there was any rumors that the Ruskies way gave helped him.

A clump of cells that could not survive outside a woman's body is not a person yet.

The 17 children that died but had been alive and living for 15 years we're people

Really, what society would that be, also tell that to the parents who just buried their kids this past weekend. They also very rarely saw any violence in their community. Asinine.

Yes. The medical complication rate from an abortion resulting in death is almost certainly lower than the number of people who die from assault rifles.

Good laws make guns disappear, not bitsy laws covering parts of national territories. There have always been abortions and drugs (quickest way out of Manchester = capitalism), whereas most civilised countries have always had laws against murder-weapons. Gun-murders have mostly disappeared in civilized countries where people give up playing cowboys when they start out with potential sexual partnes and grow up.

Now there is a stretch especially since Roe v Wade gun violence reached its peak 20 years later. It more closely corresponds to the passing of carry laws.
