I agree that criminals need to serve their full terms. This guy never should have been out on the streets or in other peoples back yards.

Now whether this guy should have been shot or not needs to be judged by the situation and conditions from the time he was spotted and was running and jumping over fences until the cops saw him. His prior criminal record is not a factor in whether or not he should have been shot.

 

Sounds like he should have been more law abiding.

In all of your posts, you never mention that he had a gun ? So in all of this, even IF all of the things they say are true, He didnt have a gun. Nothing....

The cop says "gun" when he first enters the backyard, and if you watch it, he couldn't eve see the kid when he said it

That can't be true based on the objective facts - no gun so the officers' lives were not, in fact, threatened.

Were they in fear for their lives? I didn't see anything in the video that supported that. The video was not good so it is hard to say definitively, but I didn't see it.

I am not saying it was a bad shooting, but that video doesn't provide the evidence for the conclusion that it was a good shooting.

 

You watched the video. It was so dark you couldn't actually see Mr. Clark when he was shot. But after the shooting you could hear one officer breathing as if he was hyperventilating. Mr. Clark while trying to avoid arrest had a cell phone in his hand.

Advice for all criminals and even innocent people, when running from law enforcement, don't have your cell phone in your hand. It's really stupid to be taking selfies while avoiding the cops. It really is.

Sacramento PD refused to talk about Clark's two "recent" felony convictions but I'm betting that if Jerry Brown's and the liberals Prop 47 and Prop 57 weren't law today, Mr. Clark would be alive today because he would still be sitting in prison.

 

In america where citizens have lost the right to Habeas Corpus and are under constant corporate state surveillance, the police may murder even unarmed unsubstantial people with impunity.

The sound quality of the video was good.

If there was no sound, I might have come up with a different conclusion. You were able to hear every word the officers said.

One thing the Marxist BLM can't claim on this one, "Hands up...don't shoot."

 

And the cops knew he wasn't because? And he should have been executed by police absent due process because?

 

All you can do is blame liberal PC policies that forced law enforcement to lower their standards in the name of diversity.

 

I don't know, I wasn't there but from the video it doesn't sound like he had more than a few seconds before they murdered him.

And why, toward the end, did someone say "mute"? They started talking about something that they didn't want recorded. That smacks of cover-up.
