Let's compare it to fake news US with their "evidence" of WMD's in Iraq, and raging a war over that.

No it wasn't a vote for war read it again. If the US declars war the Congress has to vote to authorize it. In fact you cannot even find the word war in the authorization you claimed to have read. What the bill authorized is perfectly clear. Going to war was Bush's choice and Bush's choice only.
