So once more how does your claim rights to used the legal system to force women to bring such life into the world difference from a rapist with a knife at a woman throat to force her to allow such life to come into being?
It is an interesting question of how even with a complete US ban on US abortions how you could stop a middle class or above woman from flying to Europe for a nice safe abortion. Poor women seems the only ones who would need to choose between a coat hanger abortion or having a child against their wishes. I guess you could force any woman in the child bearing age range to have a pregnancy test before leaving the US but you are right only almost complete control of women would allow the state to control the wombs of our women successfully.
