We can't always blame people just because they haven't been properly educated, know nothing of economics and little of human nature. He just wasn't very bright.

If you are a Trump propagandist and love reverse gear you are winning.

2.2% rise in a year is not winning when you factor in 2.9% inflation.

Trump has put the proletariat on the squirrel cage wheel and they aren't going forward.

    https://www.glassdoor.com/research/local-pay-reports/united-states/

Inflation was 2.9% which is probably under-reported. Inflation stepped up in March and May and kept rising since March.

When the effect of tariffs starts appearing in the economy inflation will accelerate.

How many more threads do we need about this propaganda? In REAL terms, wages are either stagnant or slightly lag inflation. But, of course, Trump fans are not interested in that, they rather spew propaganda to make their idol look good.

Funny how your graph only goes from 2010 to now. When you go back over a longer period of time, as I did, you'll see that those 'wage increases' are negligible compared to the long term malaise of the American Wage (well, if your making the median or under anyway)

    Yeah!

Wages for the average person rose just enough to keep up with the new, higher inflation rate. Let’s celebrate!

Maybe Trump will buy us all a balloon...

No, the only clear thing is that simple reasoning is beyond you.

    You don't say. That's incredible.
I've been in the gig for a long time and I call bullshit. Senior devs aren't making 150K, not even in Silicon Valley. And most shops won't do both java and c#, although I have the unfortunate privilege of working in one that does. Why don't you stick to subjects you know something about (assuming you have knowledge of any subject, which at this point is very questionable) ?

The average Netflix salary ranges from approximately $30,000 per year for Machine Operator to $246,103 per year for Front End Developer.

    https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Netflix/salaries

PS i am not in Silicon valley and i am not working for Netflix, just using it as an example to show how little you know. No wonder you can't get a raise or a bonus in software industry.

Not your going rate, clearly. Developers in Silicon valley earn up to $250,000 as my link proved, $150k or more for senior developers with hot skills in high paying markets is not excessive at all and still good candidates are extremely difficult to find even for th8s kind of $$.

Get off your @ss, thank Trump for the opportunity, learn hot skills and go get'em boy.

I think your personal experience concerning your wages has more to do with you than it does with Trump. If you are a good software developer, and you feel like you are adding more value to the organization you are working for than you are being compensated, ask for a raise. I'm a PM at a large company, I have software developers working for me that have received better than average raises the past few years because there are currently more demand than qualified candidates, and that demand is increasing.

Ha! Nice attempt at a cheap shot after admitting that you are not worth a raise. If you want more money, become more valuable. Didn't your parents teach you the difference between wishing and wanting?
