Spying on his own oversight committee while an intel head is more than enough to revoke is SC.

Well tRUmp has admitted that he did it to silence a critic, so he did it for political reasons and to bully/intimidate a contrary voice blowing the whistle on tRUmp/RUssia treason. Seems like abuse of power to me.......by the way, Obambam is a has been and it's 2018.

The bottom line is that the courts can not revoke the authority of the president. But Brennan should cash in his retirement plan and give it to lawyers tilting at windmills.

You could expect a leftist judge to grant an injunction of Trump's Constitutionally guaranteed powers anyway.
Just like the Muslim travel ban, DACA, etc. the legality of overstepping judicial bounds really doesn't matter to the left.

Such a ruling would be overturned in a flash but that doesn't seem to matter. There should be some judicial sanction for judges

Brennan has no legal stance on this at all. The President was well within his rights to revoke his security clearance. If a 2nd Special Council is appointed, Brennan might have bigger problems to worry about.
