I'm getting ready for dinner now, and I think I will make another couple of servings fresh of my homemade beef stew with what is left of the other half of the thick rib-eye steak that I roasted yesterday.

I make it a habit not to leave leftovers in the fridge more than a day.

I like white rice..boiled.... then rinsed in cold water.....and steamed to fluffy white perfection ...then seved under a good stir fry...or dried a little in the fridge for flied lice.

 

I'll be having a poached chicken breast, and steamed kale.

(Not really, its Hot Wings nite, but I will have some celery sticks for my ranch dressing.)

 

Perfect! Hate it when I order Chinese and they send me fried even though I asked for steamed. My moo goo gi pan just aint right.

 

My homemade beef stew is simmering now and smells good !!

 

My favorite Chinese food is har gao dim sum.

 

By the time you reach your 50's and 60's then women/ladies of that age just look like hammered sh!t anyway. Same as you/me.

 

The rice we cook at home taste just like the stuff at the Chinese restaurant. I used to try stuff and then go home and try to copy it. Our family rice was always too wet and sticky...more like risotto.

 

We should have pointed that out to the Viet Kong.

 

Rice is really not that good.It's full of starch.And Soy Sauce
is full of sodium.
I remember about 25 + years ago going to one of the new
Chinese takeout joints that sprang-up.
I wanted soup for lunch and didn't feel like fixing it.
And this Chinese Take-out joint was supposed to be good
for soups.Especially Chicken soup with noodles which I ordered.
It was far and away The Worst Chicken Noodle soup I ever had.
The chicken was *Rubbery { like it sat around for hours waiting to
be dunked in boiling water for Soup stock }. The entire stupid
container of Chicken soup was filed to the brim with long noodles.
Very little chicken broth.Which is the hallmark of good chicken soup.
That and the noodles.The chicken pieces were almost inedible.
Usually in cases like this I go right back and confront management
and demand answers.But it was My Mistake.For trusting this near
dopey idea'r that Ordering Chinese is a must.Like it's the best of
Take-out.

There are things that are good.Like Fine Highland Malt Scotch.
Most any and all Cognac.
Certain Vodka.
Most Bourbons.
Most Prime Steaks { well marbelled and carefully cooked }
Some Pasta and most Olive Oil.
Bread { not so much } But I can't live w/o me bread.
Water { a must } not just because the Comedy - The Waterboy - { 1996 }
insists so but because the body reguires it.
Porn may be good.Smoking also.
Lying ... seldom.
Cheating ...very seldom.
Acting Uppity ... I guess if one is trying to Impress the gals.
Or the gal is trying to Impregnate the fellar.

Okay...give me a little time to run it through my head. I will get back to it. But while we are waiting ...chop up some green peppers, some green onions, some broccoli spears, some carrots, celery, and if ya got em....sugar snap peas.

Now...you can go different directions from here. We will go beef. Get some round steak and cut it at a diagonal against the grain. If done properly it produces a tender piece of meat. Marinate meat in soy sauce ,crushed garlic, and ginger....and corn starch.Use garlic and ginger sparingly in marinade because you will also use garlic and ginger in your cooking oil. So...boil your rice, drain, and put in steamer on back burner...low heat. Now heat up oil in Wok. When Wok is hot add oil. Then add ginger and garlic. When cooking good add meat....cook...set aside. Add vegies to hot oil....carrots and celery first. Then cook other vegetables. When vegetables are cooked add some water if needed for broth....Add beef... Then thicken broth with cornstarch and cold water. When broth thickens set rice on table and serve stir fry over rice. May add sesame oil to Wok or five spice powder.

 

Sounds are the same old sounds. It’s called the oldest profession known to man for a reason. I have a neighbor that loves the Asian rub and tugs. He is a rather unfortunate looking cuss but he needs his itch scratched like the rest of us, but it has ruined his sense of awareness. It has totally skewed his view of what is in or out of his league. He can’t go out on a real date now because he isn’t getting a young Asian without paying. I’ve never payed myself but prostitution is the same as it has ever been. Nothing new under the sun. This sugar baby title hasn’t changed anything.

 

I didn’t say it is wrong now did I. Buying a whore is the same today as it has been since the beginning of time. Hundreds of years ago, women sold their ass to buy food and pay rent. Today women sell their ass to buy food, pay rent, and pay tuition. Same ass, same sell, same reason, same whore.
I have never paid for sex so I don’t see the attraction. I’ve been married to the same woman for 29 years and have two daughters with her. These sugar babies we are speaking of are a fathers daughter. The thought boils my blood.
