Is anyone else watching Lindsey Graham right now? He has really impressed me throughout this process. He brought up all the obvious points such as who leaked the letter, why didn't she know about the offer to go to her, etc.

 

That Richard Blumenthal -- a man who lied about his military service - would dare begin interrogating Judge Kavanaugh by asking him to translate the watchword of Roman law Falsus in uno falsus in omnibus (False in one thing, false in everything) was such eye-rolling arrogance and self-delusion it made you wonder what they have in the drinking water in the state of Connecticut.

The most telling moment in the hearing yesterday for me was when Durbin asked BK "do you believe the best way to resolve this and clear your name would be to have an FBI investigation?" and BK sat there for a painfully pregnant pause in silence.

Your deeply flawed and highly partisan judgement is exposed by your insistence that an assault victim should always be able to remember the address and date and time that it happened 36 years ago. How about YOU name the victims of such an attack over 25 years ago who remembers the address and date of the event. Go ahead. Give it a try. You can't. Your objection has too many holes in it.

I am fed up with this #MeToo bullcrap! When I was growing up, one of my uncles as well as my brother warned me against "Party Girls", so Mrs. Ford's testimony is severely questionable, as far as I am concerned. Dr. Ford is emblematic of what has and still is taking place in this society; we are being effeminized and this society has always been hostile toward masculinity, especially Black men being Men, and NOW it is the Caucasian Man's turn and I do not think this will bode well for the plotters of such dastardliness.

 

No credible accusations. The Ds could keep that up forever. Ford released her statement some time ago and they chose to keep it secret instead of taking it seriously and pursuing any investigation into her charges. The GOPs handled these quickly.

Yale Law dean calls for investigation into Kavanaugh allegations

The dean of Yale Law School is calling for an investigation into the allegations against Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh before his confirmation.

Yale Law School Dean Heather Gerken released this statement:

“I join the American Bar Association in calling for an additional investigation into allegations made against Judge Kavanaugh. Proceeding with the confirmation process without further investigation is not in the best interest of the Court or our profession.”
Kavanaugh attended Yale for both undergraduate and law school.
