Kavanaugh, Ford set to testify in Senate Judiciary Committee hearing

My prediction is now that he will be confirmed on a straight party vote.

 

How could he possibly talk about "that night" when it is pretty apparent he has no idea what night Ford was referring to or who she was with when that event took place.

Except the way this was handled was a Dem hit job. The way they waited until after the Kav hearings was despicable. It could have all been investigated without turning this into a circus. Ford stated she did not want this turned into a public spectacle.

Oh, I agree they ought to have done this before hand and most likely done it in a private setting. I am sad I dn't believe in hell, because I wish Feinstein would go there.

 

He purportedly has an excellent reputation for being calm and even-handed on the bench. Just don't mess with his family.

 

Let me ask you this. If the witnesses can't get their story straight, and some admitted to not even being there...and there's no physical evidence....

What is the basis of your defense for her?

Is it possible this is made up? Or are you 100% sure that her story is 100% accurate?

 

Zero corroboration. No direct evidence. No documentary evidence save for psychologist's notes from couples therapy 30 years seperate from the alleged event. Little evidence of probative value and what was offered was immediately refuted by sworn testimony. The complaintant's testimony about the event is so lacking in basic detail it raises the question of extrinsic fraud.

We've heard all the evidence, we now have to rule:

I find the accusation against Judge Kavanaugh unsustainable, unfounded and without any basis in fact.

I find the testimony of the complaintant lacking in veracity and impeached by the complaintant's own prior sworn written statements as well as her testimony before the committee, and therefore of no evidentiary value.

I withhold any criminal referal against the complaintant for violations under 18 U.S. Code § 1001 but will refer this matter to the Bar Association for disciplinary action against the attorneys involved as well as their referal for potential criminal prosecution to the Department of Justice.

These proceedings are concluded. Labor has ruled!

 

I suspect that if you're a young lady and someone is groping you, and grinding into you, and holding you down, and you know who that person is from prior knowledge, you know who that it is that is doing it. Not exactly rocket science.

That was not the contention. Kavanaugh said that all of they said that it did not happen. I pointed out that at least one of hem said that she did not recall being at the party. To that i said then if she was not here she cannot say that it did not happen nor can she say that it did. The other three I do remember their exact quote but if they were there then there answer to did you see it happen must be either yes or no I did not see it. Judge K was not not totally honest in his response by his saying that all four said that it did not happen. Judge K gave sleaze ball answers all afternoon.

I did some drinking as a teen but I would know that I would never do that to a girl. Why would he apologize for something that was totally contrary to his character and an act he knows he never committed. That would be stupid.

So what's the FBI supposed to investigate? You believe this man has lied to federal investigators?

 

Read the statement- If she was present at the party why does she say very openly "I have no knowledge of the party in question. If she was there why does she not have any knowledge of the party.

What could be true is that she never witnessed any improper behavior by Kavanaugh. Why? Simple because she was never with Kavanaugh 100% 24/7 of all the time from 1978 to 1998.

 

Her witnesses have no knowledge of this alleged party, They witnessed nothing as she claims. They have all refuted her clams they were at this party.

And that is one of the he's. The she, her best friend says the same. Tell me why wouldn't the best friend have gone looking for her when she disappeared from the party. Wouldn't she have been concerned? They were miles from her house, it was at night. Wouldn't she have called her in the morning or when when she got home that night to check on her to either make sure she made it home or to tell her parents what happened and help the police search for her whereabouts?

What is it you think they are going to tell the FBI different?

 

Every! Step back and look at the visual and listen to the words of the guy who claims he is so innocent. Why does a man who is really innocent need to cry like a baby girl, cradle his My Little pony calendar while crying some more about how his father keeps a calendar and how inherent the calendar keeping, and the calendar says that all he ever did was go to church, to football practice, sip a little beer while helping crippled old ladies cross the street, and boo hoo his calendar says he is a good man, see look here it says sent to church, had practice at friends Titsie Whitsie's house where we prayed, oh my, My Little pony says that I am a good guy and so innocent.

Does a truly innocent man need to go through such hysterics, such theatrics, such dog and pony tricks ????

A truly innocent man would have looked straight at those Senators from both parties and have given his statement with forcefulness honestly and then said the assembled Senators - " that is my statement that is the truth as i lived it, that is what you are offered to make your best and honest decision about my fate. I ask only for the same fairness that you will offer Mr. Ford . i will ask, not beg nor plead for any treatment above or beyond that which your have given any other nominee. Thank you!! "
