I have never tried to cheat on my taxes even though it has cost me in years past to claim certain incomes that would have been easy to not report.
That being said, when it came to being fined for not being able to afford insurance, I flat out lied and said I was covered all year. I refuse to willingly pay for someone else's insurance when I can't afford it for myself.

I never denied Trump shot his mouth off too much.

What Trump never did was :
    1) Make an overt, serious request that people harass and harm oppoents. But Democrats do that regularly.
    2) Support violent hate groups. Democrats regularly do this as well.

I didn't vote for Trump but was happy he won for the above reason. As I told my wife, I'm less unhappy that Trump won instead of Hillary. (I voted 3rd party as a "none of the above" vote).

I feel like I have a President that cares more for the well being of the US Military than our last one. Also receiving a bonus upon 1LT next year (if I get promoted then) but to be fair to Obama, I'm pretty sure that was going on in many circumstances prior to Trump. I haven't really researched it.

I had a look at that Gallup poll, and I don't think you can deduce very much from it, although it is of interest.

For instance, here are the questions that should have been asked:

    1. "Your country currently has the following policy towards immigration In particular, here is its policy towards immigration by people whose ancestors are not from your country originally. [.........]

Do you think this policy is (1) about right, (2) too liberal, (3) too restrictive."

    2. "How would you feel about your country receiving immigrants from a culture very different from yours, in the following total percentages over the next 20 years: less than 1% ... up to 5% ... up to 10% ... up to 20% .... 20% or more ... assuming that the children they have after they arrive will continue to hold the culture of their immigrant parents? " [I have put this too technically ... in a real questionnaire it would have to be made easier to understand.]

It would be interesting to see what the response to the following question would be also:

Several million Muslim immigrants from the Middle East-Central Asia (Afghanistan, Pakistan) would like to immigrate to your country. For or Against?

Several million immigrants from sub-Saharan Africa would like to immigrate to your country. For or Against?"

It would be interesting to see the response to these questions in China and India, in particular.

Finally, I would be interested to see the response to this question, circulated in expensive nearly-all-white communities of well-educated high-earning liberals in California and New York: "In order to increase diversity, there is a proposal to build public housing in your neighborhood, and to move several thousand people from the oppressed and impoverished communities of South Chicago and Detroit into this housing. For or Against [all responses to remain anonymous]."

Now that would give us some very interesting data.

I was going to do that but I don't mess with the IRS.

    Simply don't want that hassle.

I think that you can deduce from it that the current political effort going on here in the US to demonize immigrants and the claims that it will lead to the destruction of America is a load of horse pucky.

Of course anyone who can't figure out that the Repuplicans are simultaneously claiming a great economy while claiming the illegals are destroying America probably hasn't much of a clue anyway.

    Immigrants screw the working classes.
    Pretty obvious politics.
If you want the working class vote, you have to address their top political concern.

If on the other hand you think the working classes are all unwashed scum, deplorable, don't bother.

The estimate is 11 million which is very low compared to population. And yes I have and if you are going to move on to anecdotes instead of actual evidence it won't wash. .

And keep making silly claims you can't substantiate. Obviously you can't support your last silly claim so now doubling down with another claim you won't be able to prove.

How do illegals screw the working class. According to almost all economists and Trump we have full employment and employers are searching for employees.

Imagine how much better things would be if 20 million illegal aliens were not sucking dollars out of the economy and sending large parts of that take back home.

Imagine how much more money states and the Feds would have to invest in infrastructure, education, health care, and support for minorities if they didn't have to spend $10's of billions every year covering the costs for them.

Anyone who can't figure that out not only doesn't have a clue, but likely never will.

Immigrants don't have to be illegal to be harmful to the working class mate.

They depress wages and lower the need for employers to train up their staff.
Provide strong competition in the work place for the lowest paid.

This also relegates the worst workers. The retards and the disabled for example who get left out of the work place entirely.

If you are worried about what economists think, this isn't a game that is going on over your head so much as it is beneath your nose.

Since you have provided no evidence for any of your silly claims I think those of us with a bit more education can safely disregard your opinions.

But I am curious as to how illegals lower the need for employers to train their staff. What does whether of not the employee is an American citizen have to do with the need to train that employee.

And what does " relegates the worst workers" mean. I guess if that is an example of your educational attainment you probably should be threatened by people who can speak English.
