Oh I agree...they are no doubt playing the costs down. I was just relaying what they are claiming. Just like they keep claiming there are only 11 million illegals here...only problem is, they've been throwing out that same figure for years. Given the fact they keep coming by the 1000's each month, pretty much makes that figure moot.

Rule of thumb, those trying to sell something advocating for change, usually play down the cost greatly.
