Sure......Acosta is a child of Richard Carlton and O'Brien.......not as bad as Carlton ("supercilious") and not as smooth as O'Brien....but the job needs to be done, even his way. POTUS is not some sacred cow or lofty God who cannot be challenged, even aggressively ~ much as Donald would want to suppress his Media opponents......that pesky Constitution stands in his way, and the US ought to say 'thank farq' for that.

They are a generation before Acosta....and he is doing his job of sticking it to Donald his way. Gawd, how boring would it be if the Schmedia in the US were all the same? Donald declared War on the Press way back to at least 2016. Some elements of his 'enemy of the people' are not copping that tag and rightly so, are serving it back to Donald. I'll bet he would just love to rip up that pesky Constitution which is the only thing standing between POTUS Donald and him becomming a self-declared Dictator. I swear that the very thing he swore he'd protect is what he desperately would love to see destroyed. His Judicial/Executive Deployments attest to that agenda, his firings also, or am I being too suspicious of such a very nasty and dangerous ar*eh*ole?

Any Veteran has a right to make a decision as to what to do with their medals or awards that fits his values or belief system. Because that is my opinion based upon my set of values as I measure Trump's behavior against my values. Trump's behavior such as his attack on MCCain and his lies that a high school level military themed prep school is like real military boot camp. Also his lies that his avoiding STDS was just like us serving in Vietnam. Trump showed and shows no respect for the military by those actions.and current ones.

Some number of other Veterans obviously do not share my opinion or my values so they see nothing wrong with giving Trump the honor of looking at or touching a military medal.

And that's precisely why I support Acosta's ban! You're undercutting your own argument by standing by a man who you've admitted you didn't know before this incident. If you care about journalism, you shouldn't care much for the ACTIVIST and BIASED Acosta!

I saw Acosta do no more than later Journos at that Presser did. Donald consistently interrupts/disrupts the question with smart arse comments. Just watch him. He is always running a commentary which then leads to a debated exchange with the questioner.

That's the unique beauty of my position. I had no idea about Acosta until I saw that Preser, and that is why I cannot understand the hyperbolic outraged beatup from the right, including stupid and malicious false allegations of assault.

The latest example is that attempt to circumvent the Constitution on US citizenship with an EO.....which still is yet to see the light of day.

That needs no explanation. It is his way or the highway, no doubt about that. There is a long line of examples of 'You're fired.'
