    I'm not well versed on the propagation of roses, but most plants are best propagated when fresh sap is running (spring) before dormancy. I'm planning on propagating my lilacs come spring.

    Nope, not me. At work, at least for most of the day, then dragging a 'to go' bag of work home with me this weekend, to actively avoid the demented shoppers clogging the interstate as they head home with their bounty.

    Boise wasn't as cold as I expected. In fact, western and central Oregon was colder than eastern Oregon and south-western Idaho.

    Yes, Coeur, d’Alene, actually Hayden but close enough. She drove up to spend thanksgiving with the kids. She stayed east of the ranges to stay drier.
    The first day she made it to Ontario Oregon and got a room where some dirt bag busted her locking gas cap and siphoned 5 gallons. Be aware if you have to overnight in that dump.

    There are softwood cuttings and hardwood cuttings. I have done softwood cuttings on lilac. Lilac can be difficult but not impossible. I believe I used rooting hormone on them. The pecentage of rooted cuttings was low but i got some. But here in the south lilacs dont bloom that well....too warm.

    Got an email that made me almost afraid to go grocery shopping. It had a long list of things that weren't safe to buy, Romaine lettuce was on the list along with a brand of chocolate and nuts and asparagus..ugh.

    Glad you're feeling better.

    Do you think this may have had some type of correlation to the turkey?
    Like maybe subconsciously you were feeling the pain of all those turkeys who's heads were lopped off?
    Coincidence?

    Seriously, did you figure out what may have caused that? Like anything different you did or ate or were around? Were you super stressed or anything like that?
