I also posted a story on the time line of the protests. Yes, there was instigating by the counter protesters.
From that story, the white nationalists took to violence in response to a group blocking their path.

 

Two things... first degree murder? Really? Dude planned to kill folks? I doubt it. Second degree would have been fine, except for the need to demonstrate party loyalty by the prosecutor in the case.

Second thing, what a world of difference money, and a family name can do for you. Why this one ends up in prison for his natural life compared to someone else who spends their entire adult life in the Senate.
