I agree with the rest though. All violent crime should be dealt with far more harshly. Additionally, most non-violent crime should be dealt with far more leniently.

Something similar happened in Tulsa where a family from out of state had their car showered with gun fire and a youg girl was killed. It was a case of mistaken identity... The shooter was thinking he was shooting up a rival gang member.

So a white guy in his 40s with a beard and wearing a red hoodie and driving a red pick up truck just pulled up and opened fire on Black folks

I don't know how many dots we need to connect to understand what is happening in our country. It sounds like the guy just got too much into the holiday spirit and should turn himself in so that every person that drives a red pick up truck in Houston is not a suspect

I really think it was some guy that got a new gun and drunk and decided to go out and kill somebody. Quite possible he may not even have a memory of the event. But I think that's reduced since he didn't get caught yet

There is no such thing as an illegally held gun.
Read the 2nd amendment very carefully and show me the fine print that says "Does not apply to a felon or someone who might commit a crime of domestic violence" or words to that effect.
