Trump is very confused when it comes to his border wall

Therein lies Trump's plan for how he will go about this process. He can actually accomplish what he wants without the courts being able to stop him.

Has arguably The most recognizable Name in the world,also.

Took Obama's stagnant Economy and totally turned it around.

Did what he said he was gonna do regarding Isis.Eliminate it.

I think that it's a mistake to expect any kind of consistency in messaging from President Trump from one pronouncement to the next. Unlike most (all ?) other politicians, he is not wedded in any way to anything he has said in the past. Other politicians tie themselves in knots trying to show that the thing they said today, which is the complete opposite of what they said last week, isn't in fact a flip-flop. President Trump simply does not care. What he says today is the important thing and if you think he said something different in the past he didn't say say it, or it doesn't matter.

As a result of this, the usual approach adopted by politicians to attack an opponent - to run their nose in what they've said before - simply does not work on President Trump. He has a unique ability to convince himself that what he believes and says at this second in time is:

• Absolutely right
• What he has always believed and said
• Able to be changed 180 degrees in 10 seconds time

 

Well the sooner he ignores them and gets on with it, the better, because it's getting serious in that nobody knows who, nor how many non-South Americans are among those ostensibly Mexican migrants. Those US citizens who are trying to frustrate him are unwitting (and some of them wittingly?) traitors to their country.

But if you are an American you are entitled to your opiniom no matter how wrong and I will do my best to debate you

However I think time is running out on this issue and I hope yrump declares a national emergency and just builds the wall in spite of your opposition

 

Remember...Trump ran for president as if every concern rumbling around in his head were national emergencies.

Remember it was Trump that told Americans that if he did not intervene with NKorea we would have been at war.

Trump is correct about the wall

 

This is what a crisis looks like.

Every day, 342 people in America are shot in murders, assaults, suicides & suicide attempts, unintentional shootings, and police intervention.

Every day, 96 people die from gun violence.

 

How's that. If he declares a national emergency and uses military funds for another purpose, thereby bypassing Congress, he will face a battle in the courts.

Put a different way, he lies a lot. On Wednesday he can't remember the lie he told on Monday. That is why his various statements conflict. Also, he loves trying to have it both ways. Take Syria for example. He says one thing. His NSA and SecState say the very opposite. He thinks he is being smart. Actually, he looks like a fool who can't make up his mind.

Of course, it does not work on Trump because he simply doesn't get it. However, his inability to keep his lies and statements straight works against Trump. During the mid-term campaign, over and over again he talked about the invasion from the south, thousands of criminals and terrorists crossing the border, and his damn wall. His party lost the House and lost several states houses and state legislatures.

 

Somebody is reading my material. Yesterday I wrote:

Unfortunately, Meadows can't be honest with himself. Like many in the Trump orbit, including Trump himself, Meadows wants it both ways.

“And yet, I think the president would find broad support if it’s determined that ultimately he has to do it,” Meadows added.

 

Something very strange is going on. The media, including Fox News, is saying Trump is backing down from calling a national emergency.

"What we're not looking to do right now is national emergency," he said Friday afternoon, surrounded by law enforcement officials at a White House roundtable. “I’m not going to do it so fast.”

Ignoring for the moment Trump's syntax is that of a third grader, I have listened several times to a video of that roundtable, and I did not hear Trump saying those words. At one point I watched the video with my wife. She did not hear Trump make those statements, either.

Trump said he didn't want to do it. We all do a lot of things we don't want to do. He never said he would not do it.

Is this another example of his inability to communicate? Or is the media manipulating what Trump actually said?

 

Trump is telling his gullible base his border wall will solve all those problems. Basically, that is what he said Tuesday when he recited crimes committed by illegal immigrants already in this country. There are 12 million of them.

But his base believes him. Want proof? Read their posts on PF. The want Trump to build his wall to eliminate the problems he talked about Tuesday evening.

 

While Trump was at the border yesterday, a border agent was showing Trump how tunnels were dug under existing walls. Trump didn't say anything. He just sat there.

 

That is your pathetic excuse for not challenging anything I write. Instead you make me the focus of your replies.

Which, of course, means you are forced to agree to everything I write because you can't question it.

 

A tunnel was dug because walls work.

So the answer is do nothing. Brilliant.

Why would you need a tunnel if walls didn't work? BTW, a tunnel that was found. I know, you think hundreds of migrants will just dig a tunnel when they arrive from some other country.

 

The Berlin Wall worked...because there were machine guns waiting on the other side. That is the only way Donald's Wall will work. Is the US ready for that?

 

Maybe if you spent more time looking at facts rather than promoting old Liberal propaganda you might learn something. This is a video shot today with South Texas Border Officers. In one day they made 450 apprehensions with 133 of them from 41 other countries. over 90% come through areas with no barrier and less than 6% on border fenced areas. The tunnels are dug by drug cartels. You must have voted for Trump. He doesn't know that, either.

 

So the answer is still do nothing about the humanitarian crisis on the border. Got it.

 

The fact that people from "41 other countries" come across the border means nothing. All this proves is that people go around the walls. Are you suggesting a 2,000 mile long wall? Not even Trump is suggesting that.

Why didn't you show the video in which a border agent was explaining to Trump how tunnels are built under existing walls. Trump said nothing. He just sat there.

In other words we have proven that illegal immigrants will go around or under walls. Thank you for the assistance.

Your personal insult was unwarranted. Why do you do that? Does it make you feel like a big man? I can see why you like Trump and his wacky ideas. You two are a lot alike.
