    They call themselves liberal, but they have become increasingly illiberal in the positions they take since Trump got elected.

    It's basically an article of faith among these "liberals" that law enforcement and spy agencies are bastions of integrity and honesty. I thought "liberals" were supposed to be skeptical of powerful institutions who operate in the shadows, but instead they are drooling with admiration for agencies like the FBI and the CIA. All of sudden, these "liberals" have demanded that everyone in the world must grovel before the FBI and the CIA and the wider so-called "intelligence community". And anyone who doesn't mindlessly swallow the lies of crooks like Clapper and Brennan is instantly accused of being disloyal to America. Today's "liberals" are nothing more than McCarthyites who drink Starbucks.
