Doesn't say agents and no corroborating evidence to back the claims yet they went with the story. How many times have we heard "THIS IS IT WE FINALLY HAVE TRUMP!!!!!" and if turns out to be nothing?

Well, I assume Cohen will be appearing with counsel, and I'm going to assume that he (she?) will be aware of the "Mueller rules" of what Cohen can and cannot say, so it likely will be up to that person to control Cohen. But whereas a Dem member will move on to other questioning, some of the Trumpublican tools on the panel will be screaming (oh goody....guess who the ranking member is?) "What are you hiding, Mr. Cohen"....

    upload_2019-1-18_11-6-42.png

Maybe they should ask Cohen what he knows about the Ohio State men's wrestling program.... Heh Heh....

Mueller will give you his findings someday. Until then, keep on worshipping your Messiah Trump.

Fox News just interviewed Hogan Gidley (White House Deputy Press Secretary). Gidley declined to deny the report despite being pressed on it by Fox.

Note also that Trump hasn't denied it in his recent Tweet.

As I have recommended for months, let formal, documented charges be brought forth, with a body of evidence. Let the legal process begin, and let JUSTICE be done -- period.

On the strength of a report of what Cohen has supposedly said, you on the Left want to exact a summary judgment? Based on WHAT? The Nazis were good at that -- but most of us prefer the American way, which involves the presumption of innocence until a formally-accused person is convicted of having committed a crime, with PROOF.

If there is CAUSE, CASE, and PROOF, let him be punished, all the way! But first do the "heavy-lifting" instead of just imagining that hearsay is going to get the job done for you....

Buzzfeed seems to be a bit confused on this aspect.... One of the other Buzzfeed reporters said live on MSNBC earlier that "we've seen documents, we've been briefed on documents, we're very confident in our reporting"

It's on them if it's false....

Buzzfeed really has lost it when MSNBC calls in to question their reporting

Here is the Gidley exchange, declining to deny that Trump told Cohen to commit perjury:

Tapes would be nice but they may not be necessary. If as the article claims there are witnesses and communications within the Trump Organization he's toast.

The reporter admits he has no corroboration for the story.

The response so far from the white house appears to be a plan of attacking Cohen - even though the report makes it pretty clear the Cohen's testimony on the issue is largely irrelevant because Mueller came to him after they learned from a cache of documents in order to get a confirmation/denial from Cohen.

I suppose that whatever it is that Mueller possesses is legitimate and not like that cooked-up, Democrat-purchased "Steele Dossier"?

Good... and how will we KNOW that? So far, for over a year and a half, we have heard the equivalent of NOTHING from Mueller....

And as ABC news is reporting it will be an anti-climactic report. And Mueller will not give us his findings the AG will be giving the findings.

Mueller report to be 'almost certain to be anti-climactic,' sources tell ABC's Karl
Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s long-awaited report may not be as shocking as it has been built up to be - at least according to ABC News White House correspondent Jonathan Karl.

Speaking to host George Stephanopoulos Sunday on “This Week,” Karl said that he’s been told by sources close to the investigation that the report into Russian interference in the 2016 election and any possible collusion between President Trump's campaign and Moscow is “almost certain to be anti-climactic.”

"There have been expectations that have been building, of course, for over a year," Karl told Stephanopoulos. "But people who are closest to what Mueller has been doing, interacting with the special counsel, caution me that this report is almost certain to be anti-climactic."

And trying to assign a position on Trump to me refutes nothing.

Really? Honestly, I had not heard that. But, on reflection, why would that be surprising to any of us...? From the very beginning, where Donald Trump is concerned, they've been "making this crap up" as they go along.... As for Cohen? If he's smart, he'll go right on doing what he has been doing -- covering his ass!

Read the transcript I posted above. He was asked twice and refused to deny the meat of the article, choosing instead to attack the media.
Suddenly unnamed sources are rock solid.

You realize that you are quoting an unnamed source to make this point, correct?
