The last two-three weeks have been crazy. I oversaw a cool assignment/task that has me now in a position to get some nice IT certifications in the future.

How has everyone been? I haven't been logging on as much as I wanted to.

    Tell me some good news

Just finished up for the umpteenth time watching :
    - Affliction - { 1997 } an Ideal Winter movie.
Nick Nolte's finest performance.Which is saying a lot.
It flows nicely and the storyline matches the dialogue
to great effect.A key determinant in my appraisal of a successful
drama. The ending is a bit abrupt, but matches the consistent
intensity of the developing storyline. The plot is realized to it's
max thru use of rising action and subsequent climax.
My kind of Movie.I prefer Dramas.

Name calling is kinda fun ... ain't it.
Therefore the name Harper for this developing, moving arctic
snow storm { 1st of the year } as it moves Eastward.
    - Harper - { 1966 } featuring Paul Newman in his Prime
as cool guy Private Investigator Lew Harper.
Notice the word " cool ". Not Cold as Ice.
I wish those in charge of Naming Storms would get
their wording straight.Yes,Lew Harper did end up getting
punched a lot and stranded and pushed around.Like a Winter
Storm. But he also had pretty nice dates like Sexy Janet Leigh
    and over-eating Shelley Winters.
That's it. Harper { Lew } had to deal with Miss Winters.
I get how this winter storm name-calling works now.
    I mean,like what's in a name.Besides letters.
    Letters can't hurt ya.Can they.?

Im listening to this song and remembered this.

I don't believe in psychic readings or people talking to dead people.

Anyway, a friend of mine went to a psychic. So for a present we got a gift certificate for her. I had to go to the psychics home to get the certificate. I ring the doorbell and she opens it and looks over my shoulder and all around me but not at me. Then she says, I see so many dead people around you. It struck such a nerve I had to force myself big time to hold back to be polite. I said something like that's nice. Im here for a gift certificate. She started to say this and that about the dead people she saw and finally it was either hammer the hell out of her or tell her look lady, Im here for a gift certificate. Not because I believe you can talk to dead people.

She had some food cooking on her stove that she said was Italian whatever. It looked like two piles of **** burning. At that point (predemure) I could hear myself blurt out to her, If you can channel dead people, if I were you Id channel someone who knows how to cook.
I got the gift certificate and laughed like hell when I got back in the car.

GHB? Girls handbags? That's on them to remember to bring their own. I got the fireplace, the floor, comforters and the pillows. Oh and the Japanese plum wine.

That seems to be the plan, but it always ends with another chorus of Who's Sorry Now.
