    Yeah, I know. I could just see you drifting over to saying "gee he never talked to the 400 pound Russian that actually did the hacking." :)
    But to your point. Maybe that's why he lied about it. Or do you think he didn't lie about it?
    If you think he did lie about it. Why do you think he did? Just looking for excitement, or what?

    He worked WITH our intelligent services and no that is not enough to start a counterintelligence investigation on him they only reason it was done was because certain individuals at the FBI and DOJ saw it as a possible way to surveil the Trump campaign, the individuals who were working to make sure Hillary won and when she lost to bring down the President.

    Of course i would... I don't want the FBI and DOJ to begin politicized investigations... nor should you...

    If there is real probable cause, the FBI will look into it on their own...

    If Stone had talked to the Russians about the emails Mueller would have listed that as charge no. 1 imo. But he just talked to WikiLeaks, perfectly legal.

    If Stone had done the hacking that would really be a problem imo.

    The FISA renewal application has been released and its clear that the dossier's source was identified as democrat funded.



    And as for Nunes, well that's an interesting situation.

    You think its only a coincidence that there hasn't been single republican named to the House Intell Committee, but have filled all the other committee positions? Can't send Donnie Jr, sworn testimony transcript to mueller until its operational and can't start to holding Nunes and his cronies to political account for their previous whitewashing antics.

    Perhaps you do not grasp the legalities. No part of it WAS proven when it was presented as LEGAL PROOF to the FISA court judge; which is actually against the law. You have to swear in a written statement that what you are presenting to the judge is true to the best of your knowledge and now we know that the various agents who kept presenting the dossier to the judges KNEW that they were lying to the judge.

    He hasn't been charged with lying about anything and what would those contacts have to do with anything. His business was in the international oil markets.

    AS A LEGAL MATTER, it is the prosecution that must prove the allegation is true. Defendants have no obligation to prove anything to be untrue. AND as a legal matter in a FISA warrant the defendant hasn't even been informed.

    So it looks like Russian intelligence stole the hacker Guccifer's identity. If the Russians were colluding with the Trump campaign, Sergey Kislyak would have delivered the hacked DNC eMails directly to someone in the Trump Campaign on a USB drive. The Trump campaign could then leak them to a friendly media outlet. But, that's not what happened is it?
