I find it amazing that at this stage when much of the scope of the russian operation is known trumpettes continue in this fog of ignorance spouting the stupidity that all the russians did was buy a few face book ads.

Yet another example of how the stupid, the ignorant and partisan entrenched aren't interested in facts, just their bumpersticker based feelings. Granted its a universal phenomenon.

This is a typical Weissmann tactic that, after indictment and conviction, has been overturned before but not until after he ruined people. You put enough pressure on people and they may sing but they may also compose. So far ALL of the indictments are for things not associated to the campaign or process crimes, crimes created by the investigation. For instance, Stone is accused of lying to Congress because he did not turn over an unused phone that actually had exculpatory evidence on it. Stone has been under investigation for two years and they already know what they need to know but nothing is prosecutable so they have to create a situation where someone forgets about something and it turns into a charge of lying.

This investigation is worthy of Stalin's Russia.

How about Switzerland's largest bank donating hundreds of thousands to the Clinton Foundation, or the Crown Prince of Bahrain giving them $35 million?

Do you feel the Russians, Algerians, Chinese, etc. will continue to give the Clinton Foundation this kind of money now that she's no longer in Government??

 

What was 'valuable' about this data? Do you know what it was or is it still a secret? What is in this 'valuable demographic data' that isn't available to the American citizen?

Its an adversarial process EVERYWHERE justice is administered. There's a reason the accused mounts a DEFENSE, while the prosecutor is on OFFENSE.

Yes, I believe the russians didn't give Clinton Squat.

The clinton foundation is global charity with audited books. Total income last year was $250 million or so, down about 30% from a few years ago.

Unlike the trump foundation, the Clinton foundation is a real charity doing significant works around the world.

BTW, Hillary hasn't been in government for over 6 years.

That doesn't make 'adversarial'. It is intended for the truth to emerge. That's why, in all civilized democracies, a lawyer is supplied if the defendent can't afford one. If it were truly 'adversarial' that wouldn't happen. But it's a minor point, I agree. .
